$35 a night for parking when you are paying $280 for a room is absurd. Use the free 24 hour Council carpark - 5 munute walk if that.

Great location opposite the beach. Very comfortable beds. The best buffet breakfast in NSW - great coffee and eggs to order.

As it was Easter weekend it was quite noisy due to the beach house pub downstairs. I was hoping the noise will die down at 10 or 11 but it went on both nights well after the midnight. It did bother us but if you have smaller children or are easily disturbed by noise during sleep it might be good to avoid

On the downside, it is very noisy, you hear the noise from the bars and the boy-racers with modified exhausts revving up the hill outside all night, so relaxing it is not. At breakfast, the food is good and they cater for gluten free and vegetarian but they insist on serving coffee on an order only basis, this relies on someone asking you if you want a drink...mostly (over 4 days) that doesn't happen and you have to chase down a staff member and then, still no coffee, Saturday morning (13/04/24), 45 minutes at breakfast, no coffee, asked two staff members (one of whom was the front of house guy) who were both very polite and said of course I could have coffee but it did not arrive. How difficult is a coffee?

Good hotel, but at AU$400 a night you would expect it to be decent. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable and it is close to the coast/beach in Terrigal. Lots of bars and nightlife close by. Very friendly, helpful staff.

We faced the courtyard where there is a children’s play area, mini golf. Could be a little noisy as we were on the 3rd floor, but was not a huge issue.

Location - close to where we live and we needed to move out of home for a few nights whilst the floors were being renovated. Room was very comfortable, lovely bed. The BeachHouse cafe and bar downstairs was perfect.

Not much vegetarian/vegan options at Buffet breakfast. We had to pay higher price for breakfast but ate very leas :(

Staffs were friendly. Property was clean. Pool and entertainment area was very nice. Kids really enjoyed. So close to the beach and board walk.

This time, our room was allocated in front of the pool despite my booking for balcony and good ocean view. It was just above the noisy pub, located at the lowest level so I couldn't sleep well. I understood this time of the year is very busy and crowded. I double checked my booking and found no trace of booking with pool view at all. It was the only thing that disappointed me for this visit.

I had so many good memories here. This time, I spent refreshing, restoring and relaxing time with my family again. Especially thanks to Jay at the reception, whom I talked with, early in the morning, we have additional good reasons of coming again for our family celebration. As always, breakfast is the best ever. A variety of multicultual food, gelato icecream shop, shops for dresses, cafes, seafood restaurants, drinks, good and friendly people...countless blessings here and nearby...

Desperately needing updates to the room, stained grout and silicon in the bathroom, worn and torn carpet and mouldy curtains. Shower isn’t good and furniture could be updated for the price you pay.

Beautiful building and views. Buffet breakfast was superb and good restaurants nearby. Staff are lovely.
