Uncomfortable beds & pillows, cheap & old decor, air con needed in bedrooms. Fruit flies & bugs in apartment. No bath gel/shampoo/conditioner, just soap. Annoyed that we had to put dishes away as well, surely cleaners can do that

Staff are lovely, and great location. No elevators so check before booking a top floor.

Great location. Fairly private despite being quite a large complex. Lovely gardens and water features.

No coffee table in living room we were in the pool room but the pool near our unit was not operational.

Very comfortable unit, all the comforts of home. Full kitchen large bed nice bathroom large dining table and balcony with table. Very close to the beach. Main pool was ok

It should have been a given to park the van in a visitor car park as we were paying to stay not the visitors.

I liked how they accommodated the van we hired by allowing us to park in a visitors park as was to tall to park in our allocated spot underground.

Apartment was old & some things were broken like the blinds & security screen door. We weren’t able to open the windows in the bedrooms because the blinds would have broken further with the breeze. So no fresh air. Just overhead fans & no air con in the bedrooms. The security screen door had no lock so we had to close the glass door & again not have fresh air at night. No ventilation in the ensuite bathroom. There was an exhaust fan but didn’t work.

Furntiure getting a bit dated.

Sensational view over the ocean. Pools are great. Very good location for airport, shops, restaurants, beach and inlet. Very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, sit and eat.

No shampoo or conditioner provided but other than that, nothing.

Amazing staff. Cindy went out of her way to fix an issue we had on a weekend where they were fully booked. The 3 bedroom suite was spacious and had amazing views. Pool was warm. Beach was right next door. Our first suite was incredibly well equipped, with a pantry and other homely touches. (Having moved to a second suite, we know this is not the case for all of them.)

Main bed was very comfy. The 2 single beds in the other room were not. In paying top dollar we expected better with these beds.

Location is superb. Facilities including heated pool are excellent.

If I had to nitpick I would point to the lack of privacy in our ground-floor apartment. It felt like everytime I looked out a window there was a face staring back. Next time I would look for a room away from walkways.

Terrific location next to the beach and near to cafes, restaurants and the sites. Loved the pool, there were 5 pools of varying temperatures which pleased the whole family. Dedicated parking, free wifi.

It’s not brand shiny new, but still very well kept and clean (so that didn’t bother us), but if that’s what you are looking for??

Great location close to beach, lake/river, park with children’s playground and a lovely walking track through bush land. The 3 bedroom was perfect for a family with plenty of space. I was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was (plenty of plates, cups, cutlery etc). the pool area was also perfect! We will definitely stay there again

The main bed is old, uncomfortable and hard. Would be such an easy fix though, and could take the room to a 10/10.

Amazing location- Flag Beach, Creek, Playground, Cafe, Bike paths all right outside your door with NO Roads to cross!! Wonderful spacious rooms, 4 pools all at different temperatures make it amazing for kids and BBQ facilities were great!

It doesn't have a lift and we were on the top floor, floor 4. In saying this it's better to climb stairs so we didn't mind.

The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, the river and a cafe. The apartment was very comfortable and the view was beautiful.
