Excellent communication from the owner. The location was great. Close walking distance to the beach and shops. Plenty of board games, and DVDs to keep the kids entertained if you need some down time from outside activities.

Parking for a big vehicle was tight to manoeuvre at times but achievable . We may have misinterpreted the description but the villa was not beachside but over a main road and dunes away from the ocean and no wifi facility which is unusual these days

A little small for more than 3 adults e.g. small couch, but very well set up for kids (the second room had activities and all).

Great location to explore the mornington peninsula, easy flexible checkin, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Private outdoor spaces. Well thought out extras like beach towels, shopping basket. Cole and woolies within walking distance, several bottle shops, cafes nearby.

Slightly tight turning for bigger cars in the car bay.

Very clean linen and towels. Beautiful touch having a welcome pack on arrival. Host was great with communication and clear on details and expectations. Highly Reccomend.

Erica is a very good host, attentive and easy to communicate with. Sunset Over Sea Little Beachside Villa was super clean with a lovely retro, beachy decor/ vibe. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Rosebud. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and beautiful beaches, and a short drive to Peninsular Hot Springs.

perhaps the drive way it’s a bit narrower than other places and with having potted plants around might be harder to turn your car if you do have a larger car !

It didn't really matter, but the outside shower and DVD player weren't working when we were there.

Erica left clear instructions for us and we were able to get in with no troubles at all. There was always an extra key on the property if we needed it. The place is immaculate, with lovely gifts on arrival. There were heaps of toys and games for the kids, and the beach was right over the road. We could use a range of provisions such as beach toys, boogie boards, picnic buggy, beach towels, shade tent and so on. It really felt like we could make ourselves at home. The airconditioner was powerful and cold, and the ceiling fans did a great job on the few hotter days we had. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed, including cups, coffee and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, tea towels galore, and plenty of cooking equipment.

the couch was out only negative. we all ended up with sore backs and the older members of our group had a lot of trouble getting out of it, they had to use other chairs. it’s really needs to be replaced with a comfortable couch. other than that we love the apartment.

Close to everything, lovely place and also accommodates for children as l had my grand daughter with me. Communication was great and loved the beach opposite.

I wish the driveway can be concrete, but I guess that's not up to the landlord.

The location is ideal for visitors with car. Close enough to most of the attractions around, walking distance to the grocery. The kitchen is marvelous. The bathroom is great. My kid had a lot of fun with the games provided.
