Noting the remoteness of site wi-fi was intermitent.

Location was very good but somewhat remote from the majority of main attractions but within driving distance if you have a car/transport. It was a forest feel with great pool and undercover parking.

Room was very dirty, tv was there but no set box, wifi didn’t work even when standing near modem. Dirty towel left in room from previous occupant, had to wait for clean towels, had to ask for a tea towel. Cupboard door missing, mould everywhere in room, room was a family room but only had 3 plates old mugs, 1 glass. There was a pot and fry pan but no cooking facilities in the room. Fan in second room was disgraceful. Big hole in screen door letting insects in. No AC, ash tray not emptied from previous occupant. Smoke alarm sitting on top of cupboard not connected. Cutlery draw full of rust, fridge covered with rust, dirty stained pillow, dust in room everywhere, no water from taps after 10pm. Informed manager who stated the owners know about problems but don’t do anything about it.

Room cleanliness and maintenance was pretty crap...window screen held on to the door with sticky tape, carpet filthy, kitchen clean on the outside but all the cupboards and draws dirty inside. No tea towels to help with dishes. Coffee/tea jar had rusty lid and it was all stale. Floor where you walked and beds/linen was clean, but windows, blinds, walls, under beds all very dusty. Found an old, mouldy bra and old child's dummy from past guests under the edge of the bed bed when I reached down to get something I had dropped.....Bleach stains on towels..... Toasters old and stained. Fridge rusty and wobbled/tipped forward every time you open it, and they had a vase on top that nearly fell on me (lucky I caught it). Very lacking in most basic cutlery or mugs for coffee/tea.....I grew up here for 20 years and did housekeeping at two of the local resorts as my first jobs, so understand more than most the challenges of housekeeping in the tropics; the maintenance on this place has slipped well below acceptable even given those challenges.

Surrounding location was lovely, staff were friendly.

No smoke detector, mould on the ceilings . No running hot water. Was given a poor excuse , could shower in another room with running hot water... No female bins in rooms . The towels belong to a cleaning contractors, sudexo...

No TV.Very poor WiFi. Kitchen utensils sparce. Public Lounge had very poor SD set top box TV only. Owners need to spend some money on upkeep.BBQ dangerously inadequate. A ONE MAN SHOW as Owners want to sell. Not Good enough as payment of $130 way above service and comfort provided.Other Guests equally disappointed and somewhat 😠 Annoyed

So no room TV at all in any of the units, apparently the previous management team removed them all for reasons unknown. They were very short on towels as the washers and dryers were playing up so the manager asked if we would mind using our beach towels as he was expecting 2 families in later that afternoon and would not have enough fresh towels for them all. No shared cooking facilities and the BBQ was absolutely filthy with only 2 of the 4 burners working due to rust. If you wanted a swim the pool was far from looking healthy, a check of the chlorinate unit found it to be covered in calcium buildup and not functioning. The free WiFi did not exist to the point you could try to logon but it got you nowhere.

Location was suitable, we new we were a fair distance to the Cape. The bed was comfortable and we had adequate hot water in the bathroom.

Difficult to find - roadside signs not prominent and not lit , driveway obscured and overgrown. Wifi intermittent and slow at best - zero availability at worst. No Telstra coverage and Optus coverage weak to non existent. No TV in room (one TV with free to air channels in small communal lounge). No Aircon and no exhaust fan in bathroom. No smoke detector in room. No hand towel or face cloth provided. No tea provided. Property grounds somewhat overgrown.
