The bedroom could be closed off from the living area & bathroom didn’t need to be accessed through the bedroom

Shower Nozzles and Other Plumbing related Equipment need a bit Supervision in General….

The Entire Facility, Location and Staffs were Above and Beyond. One of the Shower Nozzles were not working properly and Simon I believe Immediately attended and did what He could and Before We left He even Offered Us a Chocolate Bar as a gift Which We think was very very Nice touch….

I didnt like that I had to get up quite a few flight of stairs to get to the room. But I understand some accoms cant have elevators. The front door kept getting a bit jammed would have to slam it closed. And if it didnt close properly the door alarm would go off.

Room was very clean and spacious. Had brilliant aircon. Seats were comfy and so was the bed. Bathroom very nice and clean.

Excellent location right off Toorak Road. It's quiet and safe. The flat is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. It is a good size, and the kitchens are well-supplied. Beds are very comfortable, and good blackout blinds ensure you have a good sleep. Staff are helpful and friendly.

It would be great if there was a larger saucepan and a note about a lighter being with utensils in the cupboard for the stove.

The apartment was located close to shops and rail station. Even though the rail line was close any noise was not disruptive. There was plenty of room for our family (4) and access to a range of streaming services was a great addition.

Needs an extension cord or 2 for the fans in the bed rooms

Location was great and able to park on the property was a big plus. It’s hard to find accommodation to fit all my family in a great location. Very comfortable and had everything that is needed.

The noise from the nearby trains was the only downside.

Streaming access on both TVs would have been nice but it wasn’t a big deal in the end as the wifi worked perfectly on other smaller devices.

Perfectly suited to fit our family of 5 as there was plenty of space for everyone. The location within walking distance to South Yarra train station was a huge bonus for us as our kids didn’t have too far to walk. Easy access to plenty of food options that were family friendly, and a short walk to Chapel street meant even more!

Having a wifi access code. I just used my own device in the end. The couch was very uncomfortable but we only stayed two nights - had it been longer I wouldn't have been happy.

A really good value for money hotel. Great location, comfy bed, spacious rooms, clean. I really enjoyed this spot.

As it is closer to the streets, music from nearby bar can be heard late at night. And the acoustic between rooms and floors are not so great for light sleeper. Foot steps and between floor travelling along the share corridor and stair can be heard easily in late night.

Perfect location, close to shopping strip, restaurants, train station, and tram stop. Spacious common space within the apartment. Comfly beds with good room size. Clean and easy checkin. Coffee machine and pots are a nice touch.
