Being met by the aloof, impolite receptionist when we first arrived . Paying a fair amount to stay in an exceedingly drab room . Ashtray placed directly outside of entrance door to rooms . No plug available for spa bath . Lots of road noise . Double glazed windows would help .

The staff were exceptional. Very welcoming. The cabin had a very comfortable bed and all the kitchen amenities that you would need. It is very quiet and has lots of parking. I would happily stay here again.

Even though you select pay at the property they take your money out before you even check in, the restaurant was closed so you can’t order any room service which wasn’t told to us until we went searching Sunday morning. They also had a groundsman do the brush cutting at 7am on Sunday morning at the complex while everyone was trying to sleep? Not sure how that works when noise isn’t allowed until 9am.

Staff on arrival were unpleasant. Winging about other visitors at the hotel. Rooms did not look like anything on the website. Very dinghy room and felt old, flat, and dreary. The Restraunt was closed at 6.30. Not as advertised. Felt very disappointed with the cost and outcome. The most important thing that was totally unacceptable is that we gave our card details on the basis we could pay on arrival and that it was only used if there was a no show. This was stated also from them on the booking, but they took the money anyway. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

No microwave, had to walk to laundry room to use iron, we felt that the reception guy was a bit disrespectful in greeting customers, even when we explained to him about how we rang the after hours number for assistances, he was saying he didn’t receive the call but we rang more than 10 times from 9pm to 6am the next morning. Our friend had to sleep in one of our families room, because he couldn’t get into his room, the keycard wouldn’t open the door of his room. That was not fair we still had to pay for that night even thou he didn’t sleep in his room. Very disappointing.

I was there for 5 days and had no housekeeping at all during that time, other than a half-folded towel thrown on the table one day. I did request housekeeping but it didn't happen. There are no shops within walking distance, other than a service station. The hotel is located in a light industrial area and a major freeway is 150 mts across the road. It is probably okay for a night stay but I wouldn't stay there again.

The restaurant has a good menu, with a bit of variety, similar to a pub menu. The bed was comfortable and the room mostly quiet.
