Great Location (very central) and views (of the harbour and sunsets) Apartment has comfortable layout and is functional. The host Eli was very prompt and helpful replying to enquiries, which made things go smoothly.

Pool closed for maintenance - in the hot weather a swim would have been great. Didn't get the key details until I landed late at night and had limited internet to retrieve them

The balcony had partial ocean views, but overlooked a large and noisy air conditioning unit on the roof of the adjacent block. There was also a quite loud humming noise like a noisy fridge in the bedroom but we couldn't track down the cause.

Apartments were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Eli was very helpful in allowing early check in and late check out.

The room and bathroom were not particularly clean. Someone had left an ear bud on the floor. We were provided only with dishwashing liquid for hand soap in the bathroom. There was also someone else's hair on the shelving. We only had one dinner plate. The coffee plunger was dirty - we washed it. The bed was remarkably uncomfortable. The room and balcony also had an ant problem. We really think that things could be improved. Don't forget to organise car parking, or you will be taking a chance with the main roads... Disappointing.

We were glad that we did have a balcony as requested.

King Suite with ocean view, 11 nights. Perhaps I should have paid closer attention to the information on the site because this was far less than what I expected for what we paid. To clarify this is a king bedroom in the Mantra Pandanas managed separately. Self check in details were provided on the day of arrival and the room was available early from about 2 Pm. Cooking facilities consisted of a kettle, toaster and microwave oven on a small table. There was some tea coffee and milk as a starter. The fridge was very small but worked. Toiletries were provided and were fine. Cutlery consisted of 1 plate 1 knife 2 cups with saucers, 2 mugs, 2 water glasses and 2 wine glasses. An ice tong which had congealed food on it. The safe was not operational. The set of draws in the wardrobe was broken with one draw not usable. The room was in desperate need of a good professional clean. We found an artificial fingernail and a dental floss holder in the room, there was dust on the ledges and fittings. The dining table advertised did not exist.

WIFI was good, unlimited and constant. Eli, The contact was friendly and efficient we requested the safe be made functional, he promptly provided a replacement safe. We also requested some additional cutlery and crockery again this was promptly provided. The lack of table was again addressed by Eli, but it was more a coffee table than a dining table, it met the need all we were planning on cooking was toast for breakfast. The location of the room in Darwin was excellent walking distance to the CBD and the evening sunsets over the water were spectacular.

It was a little hard to understand that the motel was inside of a motel if that makes sense, but was not an issue at all as we were given full support from Eli

The location was fantastic and we were able to access a shuttle to and from the airport. All amenities were very close by and Milan Hair next door are brilliant. Eli's customer service was amazing all the way though and I would definately recommend calling him
