Two ensuite bathrooms was very handy and the place was perfect for our family needs especially with kids having plastic bowls and cups and the tv with streaming devices and plenty of PowerPoints. The rain shower heads were luxurious and the dishwasher and washing machine so handy.

The parking is in the building next door, on the 5 1/2 floor. It’s very tight and inconvenient. We did have a very large vehicle (RAM) not ideal! The pool does not look inviting and it’s on the 2 floor. Photos are from the balcony.

The apartment is beautiful, it’s clean and has everything and more. eg. Perfect kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and laundry plus a large balcony.

An excellent location on the Smith Street Mall. We were met by the host who had the keys and also escorted us the the property from our drop off point outside the Hilton. A lovely spacious two bed two bath apartment with all facilities.

after hours access to carpark to get cars out not straight forward exterior of building not new but didn’t affect our stay

The location was amazing; the host was also extremely helpful and always available. More importantly, the host had stocked the fridge with Wine, beer and water and the pantry with a wide array of goods for us. I have never seen such generosity and consideration in any other place we stayed. Everything we needed was on hand and in bulk from washing powders, shampoo, conditioner, skin creams, etc. It saved us so much time not having to buy all these. We walked out of the apartment building directly into the mall where we could eat and shop and catch transport to sites. It was also a short walk to the beach so we could see some amazing sunsets that Darwin is renowned for!

Entry instructions should be added to booking in case the contact person could not be reached. The pool.

Someone was suppose to meet us there with instructions for entry, but unfortunately was a no show. Lucky we had owner contact details and were given these instructions to gain entry. Otherwise a great place and location, we now know how to find this place and will book this again.

Nothing really, the car park for that particular apartment was on the 6th floor, very narrow as you were going up , but you got used to it .

1. Inadequate service spoiled our first night. We arrived in Darwin early, phoned the agent and waited for 3 hours for access details. There was no “meet and greet”. Incorrect access details given by phone caused a further delay as well as much inconvenience and distress. 2. When we finally entered the apartment, we found that a leaking airconditioner had soaked the bedding on one bed, which we had to move. We also had to dry and replace the bedding. Contact with the agent brought an airconditioner mechanic the next afternoon. 3. Our requests for a refund for the first night were refused.

The instructions for entry were so confusing we walked around for half hr with our luggage trying to work out how to get access. We were rescued by a local who knew. And not having a response when i called and messaged several times with queries. Your welcome guide needs updating with correct info, some local suggestions and a map.

I appreciated the basics that were provided. 1st holiday apartment to have ever provided basics like salt and pepper sauces etc and hand soap and washing detergent.
