Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Website stated breakfast. Not so!!. The restaurant didn't open until 11.00am. This was very disappointing. No shops near-by. A car was essential but no hire cars available.

AustraliaService from reception staff. It felt like the person I spoke with was sick of tourists. Room description was vague in saying there was no bathroom in the room. One sentence reads "This open plan economy room features a shared bathroom" which is not correct. The bathroom is not part of the room or building. Ablution block located up the road.

AustraliaIn my cabin, there were three irritating items, the airconditioner was unable to be adjusted manually, until the maintenance man fixed the controller with new batteries. This now allowed the aircon to be turned down regarding fan speed, but it was still very noisy and still kept me awake at night, but better than my first night. The TV support stuck out and I hit my head on it three times. There was a tree directly in line with the driveway next to my cabin, ok so long as you were aware of it. The kiosk mainly served fast food, very fatty and not healthy, ok for young people who want this type of food.
Generally, the site is very good, pool and kids area well done. My cabin was generally good, roomy and well presented. The idea of a kiosk at the pool was good, catering mainly for young people and kids. The pool area was well done with a waterfall at the end of the pool.
