Evening cant put light in the balcony too many flys need anti Insect lighting for balcony.

Trying to think of something we didn't like was really hard.. but the shower pressure wasn't the best. Also bring your repellent as the mozzies and march flies can be bad at times. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the staff members were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Dinner was great. Cheers to the Chef! And reasonably priced. Portion sizes were bigger than we expected. Very family friendly place to bring the kids. My children really enjoyed the weekend. The air-conditioning in our room was devine and the beds were all very comfortable. I wish that we had stayed longer and will definitely be returning later in the year.

Kettle was gross inside. I REALLY look forward to early morning coffee and I couldn’t bring myself to use it. Buy new ones or scrub these ones thoroughly. Add to your cleaning schedule as sometimes roaches climb inside for the water and get boiled. Please check!

It's just a bit tired, needs an injection of money. The cleaning could also be improved, but it is a large establishment and only so many staff.

Only cosmetic things. Was a bit tired, but only a problem because you could see the potential. A really nice spot. We couldn't work the tv, not sure if it didn't have it, but looked like you could only use internet based things.. if you had account's.. which being a visitor to Australia I didn't.

The staff was amazing. She was so pleasant, inviting and helpful. The room had a lovely view of the lake, very private. They used to have a tub on the deck, but by the looks of the bugs trying to get in, I guess it would've been a bit awful. The pool area was lovely, and we sat and had pre dinner drinks watching the sunset. Very nice. If we were there longer we would've taken the kayaks onto the lake. Looked wonderful. The bed was comfy, the room was a lovely and big. Didn't have either a plate or knife in the room for the cheese and crackers we brought with us.. but getting these wasn't a problem at all. Nice to have a table and chairs in the room.. somewhere else to sit rather than just your bed.

The room was advertised with a spa type on the balcony but it’s been removed so was disappointing. On the balcony deck they should have a fan as we didn’t get much breeze there.

The location & settling is beautiful & it’s the perfect base to explore the water holes & waterfalls in Litchfield National Park. Very friendly & accomodating staff & owner.

AC in communal area set too high, was hot in bar & restaurant. Food bland & breakfast, plenty of not much variety, cheap instant coffee. No draught beer option. Drink request not passed on to manager.
