The beds could have been properly kept ie matress protectors, only a thin sheet on the mattresses and the mattresses were a little old and ratty, extra blankets in cupboards had marks on ( appeared to be food?), I washed them myself and the marks came off. But overall that is being picky was a fantastic place to stay, awesome value for money and I would recommend and stay again.

Host was great meet us at the door even though we were unfortunately held up and were late. Great facilities, great location, apartment was a good size and had all we needed, easy access to everyday items, great on-site parking with no hassle.

A couple more towels would have been appreciated because we had 8 people and only got 6. We bought some cheapies.

Location was great - right in central surfers with a supermarket below. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and tidy. We expected to have to supply extra toilet paper, detergent etc. Overall the apartment was awesome and we would def go back!

Dryer kept over heating after 5 minutes and would switch off. 2 out of 4 Lights and the fan in bathroom didn’t work. Could do with a revamp.

Dirty dishes and dirty glasses left in cupboards. The bedroom we used wasn't clean, dusty, food packages left under furniture, a piece of furniture was left unassembled in lounge room. Wasn't major I fixed it myself although for 315$ a night paid in advance there shouldn't be anything broken.

Size of the apartment, rooms, huge TV in lounge and main bedroom, extra freezer, brilliant view from balcony, lots of cooking gear, bathroom and combined laundry made our stay much easier.

We were unsure of how clean the apartment needed to be as there was a folder saying we woukd be charged more for so many different things. so we spent the whole morning cleaning before we left including vaccuming under couches and cleaning all mirrors and windows but then there was a cleaner there waiting for us to leave so that sort of spoilt our last day.

We loved the apartment it was large and had space for my whole family. My kids loved the pools, the balconies were beautiful to sit on and look out. The bathrooms were spacious and kitchen was well used. We also loved that we caught the elevator right down to the shopping centre with Max Brenner downstairs and escape rooms just across the road The location was perfect. 😁

Apartment would’ve been perfect if there was some time put into fixing many of the amenities which were broken or damaged/dirty. Also would’ve appreciated a few more basics such as garbage bags, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, and more quilts/ blankets.

Lovely view and location, the pool is beautiful. Main bedroom is nice.

The location of the unit was on the 3rd floor. Traffic was extremely loud and could be heard all day and night. Have previously stayed in different unit, same complex and tower on a much higher level and was much quieter.

The apartment complex is centrally located for surfers paradise. Having a Coles down stairs is perfect for making meals and getting snacks which helps with saving money instead of eating out for every meal.

Everything was clean and spotless except 2 bedsheets. They had black spots on them.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the apartment. Everything that we needed from soap, cooking oil to laundry detergent was all provided.

The sliding door was broken, the cot smelt like old cigarettes and the high chair rusty. There were toe nail clippings all over the balcony and ants in the kitchen. Also clothes air dyer was broken and also one of the ornaments under the tv unit. Sauna was broken and no ramps to push the pram up, had to keep lifting pram up and down the stairs. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and soap.

We were in room 2134 and we had an ocean view and view of the lagoon pool which was lovely. Apartment was neat and tidy with Basic room facilities that did the job. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Good air conditioning. Coles nice and handy downstairs with lovely restaurants. Very happy will come again.

It is the perfect hotel for a family holiday with the choice of indoor and outdoor pools as well as the lagoon pool. The host was able to provide us with a double parking bay which made our life easier when we were out and about. The accommodation was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. The communication was very prompt for collecting the keys and one minor issue during our stay was addressed very quickly by the host. We will definitely be staying here again.

We requested 2 x parking spaces on booking, this was never acknowledged nor provided. On arrival, I had not received check in instructions (privately owned) Claims to have tried calling me, but no attempt at message or email for contact. Arrival and Check in was a stressful experience.

Location was great and convenient for our stay. Central easy to walk to where we wanted to go.
