The apartment was in an amazing location, checking in and out was really easy. We had a lot of facilities we could use like the pools, gym and spa. Our host Kevin was really friendly and if we had any issues, he would always find a solution. Thanks, Kevin, for providing us an amazing experience at your apartment!

We were unable to find any Wi-Fi details, we contacted Kevin and had no response. A few things requiring maintenance. Jets in spa bath in ensuite didn't work.

Excellent communication leading up to check in. Spacious, tidy apartment and amazing views. Short walk to Cavill Ave.

There were a few dishes that weren’t very clean when we first arrived but that was easily fixed!!

the property was in such a great location!! it was so spacious and easy accommodated a big group. The pools were amazing and the view was much better than what we all expected!

Our family was in 2 different towers so was difficult to visit each other because of key cards so if you have a large group try to be in 1 tower. There could be a little more maintaince done ,such as drier mobs as you could tell how long it was going for and broken drawers

Liked that we could use pool facilities as we have large group .The view from all rooms was spectacular .There was most things needed for our stay.

The lack of cutlery, toilet paper and tea and coffee. We had booked for 9 guests, only 6 stayed but to not have enough utensils for breakfast and having to share a roll of toilet paper between bathrooms was disappointing given the cost of the stay. We were also only allocated one car park when a booking for 5 adults and 4 children would most likely have two vehicles. The owners did accomodate the second car spot but it was something we had to juggle with upon arrival which caused a slight delay with our dinner booking.

Spectacular views from all rooms on the 59th floor. Great location with an amazing Italian restaurant across the road. easy access to the beach and downtown Surfers Paradise. Highly recommend

There was no hairdryer (no biggie). There wasn’t enough cleaning products and a good working vacuum for us to keep the apartment tidy which was part of our departing requirements. I would have liked to have a couple spare bath mats and towels and have some basic condiments like salt and pepper available.

I loved the location and the view. I stayed with my family (5 children and partner) and there was ample space to accommodate everyone and for everyone to have their own space. The apartment was secure and the facilities were clean and easily accessible.

Wifi in the apartment would be good, we didn’t realise it did not have wifi as it’s just to be expected in this day and age, we had a daughter still needing to do remote learning for University so we ended up spending a lot of $ in roaming data. Info around aircon unit in apartment instructions would be handy.

Awesome location, close to the beach, eateries & shops but really quiet. Pools and amenities were excellent! Apartment is a great size for a big family. Overall really good and we will look to stay again when we return.

Property is a bit tired. Needs a lick of paint and some new beds/mattresses. Also, the air conditioning is only in the lounge room so the bedrooms get very hot once the sun is up. No balcony.

The hotel wouldn't give us a trolley because it was a private booking. There were only sheets on the beds no blankets.
