As we were heading to our room with our luggage we were followed by a staff member who put our luggage on a trolley and led us to our room. He then waited for a tip. Even after we apologised and explained that we had no cash he continued to wait but then told us we could pay him later. We felt very uncomfortable and under pressure to find him later to pay. Also, expensive place to stay with limited food options.

View of Uluru, although limited. Easy access to Kata Tjuta and Uluru. Small shopping centre close by. Friendly staff in restaurant.

Check in process was not streamlined as the same person checking you in was also booking tours and dinner reservations. Should have a separate person to handle tours and dinning so as not to tie up checking in.

    Well located hotel. Comfortable rooms.

The beds are too small and all should be Queen with a single or Queen with a Double.

The property is wonderfully located for popular tourist destinations.

The worst dining experience we had was in Geckos Cafe. Anything we all ordered was horrible. We skipped this one. The other dining facilities offered food that at least was ok but more healthy options are needed on offer. But the best was Mangata but gets expensive to eat 3 meals a day from here too. We wanted to experience the Indigenous culture classes or tours however we noticed they were only on once a day and at that time we were out and about touring the area. It would have been nice to come back and have more of these and other activities in the evenings either just before dinner time between 3-5 pm or after dining hours.

the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The sheets were a bit noisy with movement. Big rooms nice to place luggage on floors. The Mangata dining experience was excellent from breakfast to lunches to dinners. The location was close to everything.

Everything in town was pretty expensive. Also, the Spinifex mouse was everywhere outside the hotel. We had to change rooms because one found its way inside our room. You need to find a way to keep them away from the hotel. Your rating would have been higher, from good to excellent!

Staff were friendly snd accommodating. The free activities were educational and fun. We especially enjoyed learning about bush food, aboriginal painting and playing Didgeridoo. It was close to town, as well as Uluru and Kata Juta. The restaurant experience was amazing!.

I know you probably have heard this a million times but the carpark is too far away. I know you provided trolley's but it was just too far from our room.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Your staff were all very friendly and helpful. Your Facilities were outstanding. Thank you for providing a laundry free of charge. We had been on the road for 3 weeks and desperately needed a do a load. Thank you.

MICE! Heard a rustling sound during the night. I understand it is out in the outback, but just terrified of the little sods. Meal was very average. Prawn vermicelli salad. overpriced and under delivered. slithers of red n green peppers. Dry.

wasn’t the cleanest, we had quite a few ants in the room but overall it was OK. it is a bit overpriced, also the restaurants and supermarkets are expensive.

location is great, good facilities although the pool should be shaded, the cinema is great
