I guess the only thing I didn't exactly like (but knew about so it was ok) was the stairs, and that's only cause I'm not fit.

Great location, across from the beach, with entry to 2 more beaches, and walking tracks. Only 500metres or so from Woolies, and some shops, the apartment was clean and comfortable. View was great.

Older style property in need of touch ups with dated interior and decor however was comfortable and in a great location.

Kingscliff Accommodation were outstanding! Upgraded us to an ocean view room ensuring our stay was excellent. Highly recommend them.

The actual apartment was not very clean- mainly floors needed a good vacuum/sweep. Common area of stairwell could do with a clean.

Views, location and cleanliness

Microwave broken Only 4 water glasses no other glassware No washing up detergent only dishwasher that’s 2 big to just wash 4 glasses. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied for 4 adults over 2 nights. Tiles in pool sharp.

There were a few things that could be improved, like staff being onsite for check in, a remote for the tv (was missing), bin liners and dishwashing detergent.

Location is great, beach across the road is beautiful and it’s easy walk to restaurants/supermarkets. Price is reasonable for a two bedroom. Bathroom was nice.

The hotel room itself was unfortunately not up to scratch. Light fixtures not working, lamps in bedroom not working, batteries in remote for TV not working. Main bed albeit very comfortable for sleeping, was found to have ants several times. Also, the sofa in the main living area was not useable. The cushion covers were peeling with this peeling rubbing off on those seated on top. The unit could use an upgrade of cutlery and utensils as well as cooking pots and pans. On a positive note - Kingscliff Accommodation were quick to act to fix lights and replace remote batteries.

Great location - across the street from two great beaches - and within walking distance from the main beach at Cabarita. Within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities (woolies, newsagent, butcher).

Carpet seriously needs to be renewed, although it was clean. However the stair case carpet walking up to unit, it really stunk bad of mold, and that is very unhealthy. We put our towels over our noses walking up the steps to the unit I had booked.

The view and location were wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The deck was a good size too...

It’s quite dated, the furniture ! Carpet had big stain, pot and pans could do with getting tossed in the bin. Washing machine was leaking water everywhere when I did a load .

I thought pool room meant near the pool but really we were upstairs without a view of the pool and no lifts which I didn't know about.

Bedroom was ridiculously hot. Air con unit was put in the lounge and did not reach the bedroom. I was offered (and chose) an upgrade to oceanview room through booking.com and the hotel did not honour it. Instead we ended up in a room facing the back of the hotel. Room is outdated. Said it had a dishwasher, but did not. Personally I would not select this hotel again.

The road out the front is a bit busy and can be noisy - however we shut the doors & turned on the van/aircon when we wanted quiet time.

We stayed in unit 10, beachfront. It's a lovely little unit, just walk accross the road to go to the beach. There's a lovely pool & spa area out the back. We enjoyed our stay.

Main bedroom was very hot, air conditioner in lounge room made no impact on the bedroom. No globe in bedroom bedside light and battery for fan was flat.

Could be cleaner, needs some maintenance, spa didn’t work even though approached staff multiple times and no explanation given. Very late check in due to lack of cleaning staff. Tennis table room very dirty. Could be quite nice if would be more looked after.
