We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was very spacious and surprisingly well equipped. It has an in yard parking space so you don’t need to park on the street. Very easy check-in and check-out.

The Building is in need of refurbishment but everything was clean, comfortable and great value for money. Away from the Highway it is one of the best uninterrupted sleeps I've had motel accommodation.

AustraliaOur only negative comment is that the outside and carpark area of this property looks as though the venue is closed. Gardens need attention as does the actual building (read spiderwebs etc). Shame really as it could be very "in vogue" with the obvious history of the main part of the building.
The room was pleasantly modern and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and linen nice. Only a short walk to the Gift Hotel which serves a decent pub meal.

Room met our expectations, it was certainly value for money and it was on ground level which was very appropriate for our age. The best part of this facility is the restaurant, the food was spectacular although pricey, but we certainly get what we paid for. Will stay there again if in that area.

AustraliaDid advise owner of noisy air conditioner turning on, which he advised, would check. One of my 3 nights, there was someone in the unit above me, and I could hear him moving around ( he was very heavy footed with boots on)
Thoroughly enjoyed the food served for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very cheerful and obliging and nothing was too much trouble.

AustraliaRooms are needing a revamp, mattress was quite firm.. We had a ground floor unit and could hear the movement and shower above and just happened to be 5am both mornings. If you plan to bring your own breakfast options, you would need to bring plates/bowl and cutlery as only tea cups provided. No microwave, just kettle and toaster. Breakfast is available to order.
Only needed a bed so wasn't expensive, and being able to dine there at night was very handy. Meal options were good and we enjoyed our choices both nights.
