The staff are very nice. Check-in is easy. Extra supplies such as cleansing detergent are provided. Cable TV is so and so. No Netflix. The kitchen facilities are excellent. If there is a baking pan for cake or baked chicken, it will be even better. Location in between two train stations and lots of buses around. King's Street nearby has great restaurants.

Location was a bit too far out from the city center. Overlooked by offices.

Shower door didn't close properly. Small thing really. Nothing else to pick on.

Awesome place if you want to stay near the showgrounds. 10 sec walk. Groceries, cafes and bars close by. 5min walk to train station and near to the airport.

The place was not clean. Dust over most surfaces, long black hairs in the shower. I really doubt they cleaned the apartment after the last person. For the first time in a long time I checked the bedding to make sure it was fresh which, luckily it was. Stains on the walls and carpet, mould in the shower. Aircon pathetic, had to run all three units constantly to keep the temperature at an acceptable level. The apartment itself is fine but really needs a deep clean.

Lady at check in desk was really lovely and went out of her way to make sure I could check in when I was running behind and wasn't sure if I'd make it to check in before it closed. The location is incredibly convenient for working or visiting an event at RNA showgrounds. Great views of the showgrounds and mountains behind from my balcony. No waits for lifts as its not a massive block.

No oven trays or microwave safe dishes, rain dripped on metal box right outside second bedroom which was loud, annoying and kept up awake, needs to be rectified by placing rubber or something similar on top of it to quieten

Maybe provide more tools, pots and pans and things for the kitchen. AC outside unit should not be positioned by the door as it blows hot air all over.

Staff is very nice and attentive. Location is fairly central albeit not the nicest part of the city. Apartment was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. Bed was super comfy and shower was huge. Kitchen was quite spacious and modern.

The toilet was disgusting, someone else's g string was in the washing machine. The sheets seemed sandy so we changed them. But the toilet needs a good scrub. It is black with faeces , my partner pointed it out when he lifted the lid.

The rooftop was awesome to sit, just needs a bit of shade. Got a serious sunburn.

An easy stay with comfortable room and always great to have a balcony for fresh air and a nice view. Staff were responsive and helpful, great location if you need to be close to the airport to save time during short trips - highly recommend.

Mould build up in showers, bed extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Taps in bathroom basins are way too short for the depth of the sink.

Good location for a gig we were attending at The Tivoli and easy access to the city. Spacious unit.

$20 extra/night for parking. Don’t expect a view (but there’s a great view of the show grounds from the rooftop BBQ.

The staff was really nice and let me check in early when room was ready. Very modern apartment with great facilities. Good washing machine and tumble dryer.

The check in process is too complicated. Even after I had done online check in, I was still required to read out my credit card for the key deposit, which is against any scam preventing advice. I had to do it at the door with people passing by, which was very uncomfortable
