One staff member was particularly unflexible with changes we had to make with our length of stay. These were unforeseeable conditions that were impossed upon us & we could not get a credit on what had been prepaid for our stay, which had been paid only a few hours prior to arriving there.

The cabins were cosy, nice fireplace & amongst the bushland setting.

The doona cover was dirty- looked like someone had dropped their chocolate on it. (Everything else was very clean) The carpet was icy cold and took us a while to work out the fire heating - couldn’t find any instructions for it. Car park needed set parking spaces as someone had parked terribly making it hard for us to park close.

The heated tile floor. The layout. The fire. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chocolates, cheese, wine. The little touches made is extra special

Room was very cramped and I had to put sheets on the bed myself which I thought was ridiculous considering how expensive the room was for one night.

Great stay prior to starting the overland. Great shared kitchen facilities and warm fireplaces.

    Overpriced tourist trap.

It's a caravan park cabin and not even a particularly good one. Far too expensive for what it is, basically a tourist trap. Plus they're happy to charge for extra people that have to sleep in top bunk beds, but they won't make them up. At $350 for one night in a basic cabin, I don't feel I should have to make the beds when I get there.

It was conveniently located near the national park and the Devils at Cradle.

Just be aware that you have to boil the water from the drinking water tap. Easiest option was to refill our water bottles at the visitor center.

Within walking distance to the visitor center. Backpacker room was spacious, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Shared kitchen is fully equipped and convenient for cooking. Bathrooms were cleaned.

location was great. easy in walking distance of the Cradle Mountain Visitor Center and shuttle service. The Cabin was big enough for the three of us. However, if it would be full (max 6 pax) it would be too small, as the kitchen table only had four chairds.

The kitchen/dining/living space was really cramped. Whilst the cabin could sleep 6, you couldn't fit six at the table to eat. Shower cubicle tight for space and shower curtain not very effective so lots of water and wet mats on floor.

Perfect Location to visitor centre. 5 min walk to beautiful restaurant and lounge bar next door. Easily sleeps large family with 4 solid bunk beds in second room. Also had a full oven and stove top and large fridge in kitchen which allowed me to cook family meals. Comfy beds.
