Loved everything about our room, just enough for us very cosy, was nice and warm inside and spacious even though it look small it was a great layout inside.

Few things could have been cleaned better ie. The toilet, but overall cabin wasn't bad at all.

Staff were lovely, we played putt putt and used the jumping pillow. The beds were nice and comfy, cabin good value for money, excellent location.

Staff were really not too friendly in the one super brief face to face interaction when finishing up. Over the phone seemed ok.

Property was exactly as you would expect for a caravan park cabin, had all the essentials but not overly new/strong/sealed. Suited us perfectly for air-con, bedding and amenities. Would recommend if you are stopping over for the night. Kids playground was ok, pillow was great but lots of HUGE bird poop over all the other equipment (It had to have been a flock of pelicans!?) indoor rec area was also really nice.

Cabins are fairly basic - minimal cooking facilities. Suggest property provides some cooking oil and washing up liquid like other similar properties.

Overall a great stay. Very clean and comfortable cabins located right on the water front. AC worked a treat. Terrace with table and chairs were lovely, with a good view right out over water and a superb spot for dinner / sunset.

Room wasn't cleaned to standard, , and not suitable for tourist accommodation, more like a single man's quarters, rooms picture looks likes it's 10 metres long , but the room is only half of that

Free wifi was promised however it is not available in the deluxe cabins as they are too far from the router. This was explained by reception staff but only after we spent quite a bit of time attempting to log in and then walked back to reception to ask. Staff suggested going to the communal kitchens, or sitting on the seat outside reception, when you wanted to use the wifi. It would have been helpful to explain this when checking in - or better yet, investing in a booster so wifi is available in all the park area as advertised.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very clean and facilities were good. Always nice to have tea/coffee/milk for that cuppa when you arrive. Location was excellent with a lovely view to the water and parking was easy being right outside. Staff were very helpful when checking in providing map/information about access to the park/cabin etc.

Nothing to do for teens, gaming consoles, arcade games would be good for teenagers in games room or even a couple of gaming consoles you could hire for use in cabins. No instructions on where to leave dirty towels so that housekeeping know you would like new ones. We missed housekeeping both mornings and I had to find them to get clean towels etc.

Unfortunately the screen door didn’t latch to the door frame so very unsafe since my toddler and infant could both open it themselves so had to have the glass door closed at all times. Would have been nice to have a breeze through the screen. Not sure if every cabin screen door was like this or just ours.

Good location, easy walk to the beach and jetty. Cabin was comfortable.

Where our cabin was situated, at the back of the park, the rear was a playing field, being a getaway for my husband and I. I would have preferred a different area. Maybe the descriptions of the locations of the cabins would be better. I would of paid more money for a better part of the park.
