The dishwasher, and just general cleaning stuff to up keep the cleaning in the apartment but other than that it is really a great spot.

Great location, the staff we did see were very friendly and facilitating, parking was great we had 1 car in the garage and another parked on the street always parks on the street. very close to a lot of things so we didn't have to drive much, great for a group of friends and if it was a family trip this is also a great spot to have a family holiday also. Good value for money.

The sliding doors out onto the varanda's were loud. The block out curtains were dirty.

The first 3 days the heated pool was freezing but thank goodness it was rectified by day 4. This would have been a deal breaker because the heated pool was the main reason for booking this resort.

If I was being very picky the only thing I would bring up is the amount of rules for the pool, most of them I understand and agree with, but there was a couple that I thought were a bit harsh. But that's if I'm being very picky everything else was pretty much perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely be back to stay again.

Honestly I enjoyed everything, from the location to facilities, to the rooms, to the views, to the staff, to the pool. It was all amazing. Will be back for sure. Thank you.

Important! Building to the left of the hotel if your looking out to the beach is about to be demolished. Our balcony had a view of some homeless guys trash left there. Not nice to look at and all the construction is going to be a mess for a year or more! Also, they were building some kind of walking path in back of the hotel and the workers started every morning at 6:30. kinda ruined our view. it’s also not super close to any restaurants so plan to walk a bit or Uber to Surfers Paradise. Lastly, parking garage is tight and not easy to get around in.

our 3 bdr apartment did not have any common bathroom (2 ensuites only), made it a little inconvenient for the couple in the 3rd bedroom.

the location is absolute beachfront, with easy access to the beach itself. Our room was 12 floor, full ocean view, greats sights including keen surfers below and one migrating whale. There is great shopping and restaurants within easy uber ride.

Honestly, everything was great.

We absolutely loved all our interactions with Karen! She was such a wonderful person to chat to, gave us great recommendations and helped us with any questions we had. Despite the weather being a little disappointing, the accommodation was so beautiful (even during a storm!) that it more than made up for it. The pool was excellent too!

Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I found a condom wrapper under our bedroom cupboard on day 1, glad it was my wife and I and not my kids or in-laws. Also found a couple of other items left by previous guests, and floors dusty. I actually cleaned the shower floor waste on day 1 myself so that the shower didn’t flood the bathroom. Clearly not draining properly from our first shower so not sure why a cleaner wouldn’t recognise this and fix it. Dishwasher was known to be not working when we arrived, but no one bothered to wash the dirty cutlery that was left in the dishwasher, which is just lazy.

The location was perfect for our visit, being right on the beach was great with 3 x young children and aging in-laws.
