The lady at reception seemed to have a dislike for either me , my wife or our relationship . For the first time ever in Australia over dozens of different accommodation stays my wife was asked for ID . We have started at Double Tree Northbridge upwards of twenty times and this is a first , we were actually quite taken aback as the manner was not very friendly. My wife who is Thai felt like she was being treated like a cheap escort !

Room could do with a refresh. Clean and rehang the curtains.

Handy location to shops, sights and public transport. Room service food was excellent.

Extra cost for breakfast coffee was not acc potable especially give how over priced room was also staff didn’t know about corporate or government worker prices and didn’t know abt parking validation so parking costs were over $60 for 2 nights No water bottle on second night and no mini bar items which ch again given room costs was substandard servicing

The restaurant and food were great but not having nice coffee with extra cost was really bad

The pool bar had no staff and pool looks like its on the rooftop in the photos online but its on the 3rd floor

Great location with many restaurants in walking distance. The staff are very friendly and the beds are comfortable.

Being assigned to a room with disability access on a very noisy floor on level 3 (same level as the club and swimming pool) when we first checked in. It was unpleasant at first but was then given a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor made up for it.

Very small room. Tiny fridge could not fit a wine bottle in it. Water pressure in shower was poor.

Comfortable beds, great block out curtains, and efficient air conditioning. Very clean.

The girl I booked the breakfast with , was totally lost and could not find my reservation , had to wait to get a table , was pretty annoying as I was on a rush and my partner too , maybe we should have given me a ticket or something for the breakfast that I can just use without any waiting time

The guy I did the check in with was really nice and helpful - spoke multiple languages he could helped me with all my enquiries , even where to have a good parking for 5$ all night The room was pretty comfy and clean

I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a fitted sheet to the mattress, I thought that was pretty pathetic, also the amount of smoke detectors throughout the property, it made me feel uncomfortable and untrusting like I was being watched, also the waver I signed for a $2500 bill if a smoke detector was set off, also my partner had a sore throat for 3 days after from the air conditioning 🤷🏼‍♂️

We’ll, I actually worked on the property 6 months prior to hand over, and I had been through all the rooms and knew the layout ect
