Great for a relaxing get away. Very private with beautiful gardens and a peaceful location. Lovely touches with complimentary local wine, coffee beans and luxurious toiletries. It’s the second time we’ve visited and our favourite spot in the Berry area.

This is my second stay, with my husband and toddler. All my requests had been fulfilled with a baby cot and high chair set up for us upon arrival. It is a wonderful place, where we were able to unwind and spend quality time as a family. It is close to all the beautiful places you want to see including Kiama, Gerringong, Kangaroo Valley, Berry Town centre, as well as hikes and lookouts. We also looked forward to coming back to the property and enjoying the beautiful gardens and wildlife. Highly recommend😊

We were blown away by how stunning the property was, we stayed in the rainforest lodge. It was just beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. It was really hard to leave. We will definitely come back. I can’t recommended the drawing rooms highly enough! Gorgeous accomodation.

Everything was amazing. The gardens were very well maintained and we enjoyed walking around. The owners were very friendly and happy to have a chat. My toddler loved the kids playground and the duckies. It was very quiet at night. There was an abundance of wild life, we saw lots of kangaroos and even a wombat. Would definitely recommend for families or couples.

Amazing location and surrounds. The cottage was tucked away and very secluded, yet only a 10 minute drive to Berry. The cottage itself was very comfortable and had everything you could need for a stay.

Nothing in particular. The road to the property was impacted by the 2022 landslide but it is on its way to recovery and safe enough to drive through. So, no concern there.

Our young family had a wonderful stay at the Drawing Rooms of Berry. We stayed at Lyrebird Lodge for 2 nights over a short weekend getaway. The lodge is clean with a really warm and cosy country feeling. The estate’s garden is also well maintained - we really enjoyed our garden walk and kids love the mini shared playground and a visit to the chickens’ cage. Nick and Lissette are also very friendly - love the bouquet of flowers they placed on the dining table at the lodge to welcome us! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful garden setting, quiet and relaxing, ducks and wallabies nearby, warm (in winter), well-stocked kitchen, much appreciated bottle of wine on arrival and nice to have (very lovely) owners not far away on the property if needed.

The property is amazing! The view from our lunch was incredible, and kangaroos in the morning and extremely quiet scenery. All the facilities are very comfortable and modern. Nothing was too much trouble for Nic to help us with.

The 2 aircons don't work for warm air but it didn't become an issue as there's a fireplace and a heater so it's not cold at all.

The place is stunning, very well-maintained garden with beautiful autumn colors. The garden even has a small playground which my kids really enjoyed. The location is excellent, 10 minutes' drive to Berry town centre for shopping and dining. The rooms are really clean, well decorated, beds are comfy.

There was a landslide just before the entrance to the property, the owners kept us informed prior to our arrival. They were always responsive and lovely to deal with. Due the the landslide, we were not able to park at the property, our cars were parked outside meaning we had to walk about 500m downhill to get to the property. The owners offered to help transport our belongings on arrival and departure, which was a really lovely gesture. The lodges are beautiful, our kids wanted to stay forever!
