The hotel is a little dated. Things weren't dirty but could have been a little cleaner. Had to supply too much personal info once booked , it became a real hassle. Understand owner needs to be careful and sure but it was too much . Owner could have looked up our reviews from other stays which would have told them a lot !!!

Didn't have breakfast but the location was excellent. The view from the balcony was stunning. The flat was nicely laid out. really enjoyed the stay

construction going on at 6am in the morning right below the Property on a Saturday. no notice left in apartment which was very disappointing.

Communication wasn't ideal. No flexibility for even a slightly earlier check in i.e. 30 minutes. The lock box arrangement wasn't clear on committing to book the property. Travel with family in particular having older members this did not lead to a stress free check in. That there was no concierge.

A few minor things were missing from the apartment eg. Chux and dishwasher powder. However all else was really Good.

We didn't like the pickup/drop off of keys. Being older we found it too low and you are out in the elements. The TV screen is also deteriorating so be prepared.

The location was excellent as was the view. The apartment was an excellent size and well appointed.

Only had one park for a two bedroom apartment and key fob didn’t work the best.

The view was fantastic, large verandah, decent size rooms and cleanliness was great. The apartment was also in a great location and staff were very responsive.

Management tried to keep my bond. Upon arrival we noticed a very small hole in wall, fortunately we took pictures and reported to them. They didn’t really respond about it but then when we checked out they tried to keep my $750 bond. If you stay here double check room for any damage, take pictures and report ASAP. Also when I first booked there was a mess up with payment and they charged me twice, so it took abit for the second payment to be refunded. This made the whole stay negative unfortunately.

Location, this building is 50 Murray Street so it’s so close to walking bridge, darling harbour, star city! City views don’t get much better. We were lucky there was a winter festival so fire works were every night so we had front seat views. I have stayed in another apartment in this building so checking in was pretty easy besides getting the key is abit difficult as it’s so close to ground in a bike rack lock.

Didn't know the floor was going to be under renovation, also there seemed to be no other tenants on our floor, and the 24/7 Pyrmont Hotel is diagonally opposite, as well as not enough toilet paper, soap, dish washing powder or shampoo etc for a 2 night stay. Some lights didn't work, there was rust on the lamps, oh and the bath was stained / taps need their washers changed...

independent air con, full kitchen, and laundry...and the views were amazing.

The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't get early check in so had to pay for 2 hours of parking on top & there was no tv in the main bedroom like in the photographs. I think some comfier furniture for the balcony would also improve this apartment!

The location right in the middle of Darling Harbour was incredible! There were 2 bathrooms with baths which out kids absolutely loved. The pool & spa on the rooftop in the building was magical, the view from the spa was spectacular! We can't wait to go back and stay there again for a staycation as we love our beautiful city.

We were planning on staying and relaxing in the room but then we couldn’t work the aircon and it was soo hot we had to go to a friends hotel. So we feel like our money was wasted as they didn’t get the correct info to us until the evening and by then it was too late. The staff on the phone tried but it’s a shame we didn’t get to enjoy the apartment

Location and cleanliness, it’s just a shame we had to leave it and decided to hang at a friends apartment as our lounge room aircon did not work and we were roasting.

Uncomfortable beds, no mattress/pillow protectors . No blankets were available and when requested we were told to use the second “sheet” as a blanket or turn the heater on all night . There were empty tissue boxes, a continuous leaking tap, poor lighting in the bathrooms. No milk in the fridge to make tea/coffee . These are some of the things you would expect when paying the amount we did. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for, poor value for money.

Our host was not very helpful with our requests after checking in. The property was not cleaned well. The sinks, counter tops and table tops all needed to be wiped over when we arrived. There was dirt on the floor in the laundry and guest bathroom. The windows were very dirty, which is a shame because the view is spectacular. Curtains were stiff with dirt. Bedding/linen was very basic and the comforters were very thin and stained. No extra blankets provided. Kitchen facitilites were very basic. Overall, it was not worth the price we paid.

we arrived at 9pm from country and did not know what a GoGet lock box was. Then being elderly we could not get down to footpath level to retrieve the keys and were astounded to find the building had a reception area. Would have been much better for us to collect from there. Did not even know the building was called Darling Harbour One. Wine glasses were at back of a very high cupboard and we could not reach them. No spare coffee mugs to enable us to offer our visiting family a cuppa. No placemats to protect your nice furniture from hot coffee etc.
