It met all our needs very well.

Great location, close to the beach with cafes and take aways nearby. Needed to have a car to get into Port Douglas itself. Didn't meet any staff until the last day, but were impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the place.

The shuttle bus into town is regular but expensive (it cost us $30 return for all 3). We walked one day but it's a long way especially for the little legs. We ate at home which was fine. Enjoyed the balcony, enjoyed spending time with each other.

Colourful, tropical, lots of character. Really nice and big and perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults 1 4yo). Close to the beach and a great kids park next door. Cafe opposite for coffee in the morning

The room was very comfortable and clean and fully self contained. The property is well located with a short walk to the four mile beach and a pub and restaurant across the road, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Not much but there were some minor signs of ageing of the building and it could also benefit from the "influence of a woman".

Nice facility, good layout and size good furniture with plenty of space nice pool and good location 2mins walk from 4 mile beach. The owner is a really helpful and nice guy.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower leaked very badly so very wet bathroom floors.

Great small set of appartments as opposed to the big resorts. Stones throw to the beach. Lovely poolside area. We loved it.

The manager, John, came out to meet us when we arrived, took us to our apartment and saw to our every need with a smile. The apartment was clean, welcoming, beachy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gardens and pool were delightfully tropical and wonderful to come home to each day. Having our vehicle under cover near our unit was great and the neighbourhood location was peaceful.

Dream Catcher is in a dream location. Near 4 Mile Beach for glorious morning walks, across the road from excellent coffee and food and easy drive into town. It’s peaceful paradise bliss.

Some maintenance issues, especially with the electricity, but the owner John is very helpful and forthcoming. The building is up for sale though.

Quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Port Douglas, but with pub across the road (hardly any noise) and one other restaurant and seafood take away in close proximity. Very nice apartment, colourful, Balinese furniture, comfortable bed. We had a deluxe studio with bifold doors which makes it basically in a separate bedroom, kitchenette, laundry facilities on each floor. Nice swimming pool and spa. Our unit on the first floor was very private with small balcony looking out on side street and neighbours garden. it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.
