We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe rooms are not soundproof, so one can hear noise from the other rooms, the common areas and the street. If you’re a light sleepe, that might be an issue.
The accommodation is very centrally located and walking distance from all Adelaide’s main attractions. The room, kitchen and bathrooms are new, very clean and tastefully decorated. There’s also a laundry room in the premise, which is also well equipped with washing machines, dryers and clothes racks. There’s no reception on site, but the owners are responsive and did their best to accommodate my requests.

I arrived early morning and the staff (David) accommodate my request to have an early check in. I dropped my luggage in their waiting area since room was not yet ready. I was able to watch TV in their kids gaming room while i wait. I was able to access my room at 1215PM ( 2PM is check in time) It was a contactless check in. I never met any staff but they are good in replying emails if you have questions. I love the location of the hotel. Walking distance to bus, trams, cafes, malls, restaurant. I also love the shared kitchen facilities wherein we can cook if needed. There was a "kids gaming area" and watching tv area with you tube for people who are waiting if room is not ready. The accommodation was clean. Shared bathroom was clean. I had a good night sleep since it was quiet and the bed was SO COMFY! I will defenitely come back in this hotel!

Australiamore signage needed… I didn’t know disable toilets where accessible by females as it had male toilets sign and disable toilet sign on same door (was hesitate to walk in without checking). Disable toilets were very dirty. I was advised laundry was on rooftop however no signage at location to find laundry you go up one flight of stairs can’t see anything and there’s a sign at the next set of stairs that it’s for authorised personnel only… So didn’t go up any further… I ended up going to laundry wash and dry instead… Upstairs bathroom was clean and shower was lovely and warmed just what you need in the wintertime. Room was great. I’ll stay there again.
