Would have liked a shelf in the shower cubicle to put belongings such as key card / phone (as you can use your phone as your room key).

There was dangerous broken furniture in the games room. There was also a shopping trolley full of belongings of one of the guests in the common areas. This is very inappropriate.

Two of the three toilets were blocked and kind of gross. Netflix and Disney+ on the tv in the room did not work (was extremely slow and kept freezing).

Funny frozen themed room. Clean and modern kitchen with all the utensils you need. Lovely showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good location, short walk to city centre.

The street was quite noisy, shared bathroom but we knew that when we booked.

Everything was very clean, the kitchen has all the equipment and utensils you could need, the location is perfect-just a short walk to the centre of the city, a sink in the bathroom is convenient when you don't have a private bathroom, fridge in the room is also great.

The rooms are not soundproof, so one can hear noise from the other rooms, the common areas and the street. If you’re a light sleepe, that might be an issue.

The accommodation is very centrally located and walking distance from all Adelaide’s main attractions. The room, kitchen and bathrooms are new, very clean and tastefully decorated. There’s also a laundry room in the premise, which is also well equipped with washing machines, dryers and clothes racks. There’s no reception on site, but the owners are responsive and did their best to accommodate my requests.

Maybe they need to provide a hairdryer in the shared bathroom area at least, since there was none in the room.

I arrived early morning and the staff (David) accommodate my request to have an early check in. I dropped my luggage in their waiting area since room was not yet ready. I was able to watch TV in their kids gaming room while i wait. I was able to access my room at 1215PM ( 2PM is check in time) It was a contactless check in. I never met any staff but they are good in replying emails if you have questions. I love the location of the hotel. Walking distance to bus, trams, cafes, malls, restaurant. I also love the shared kitchen facilities wherein we can cook if needed. There was a "kids gaming area" and watching tv area with you tube for people who are waiting if room is not ready. The accommodation was clean. Shared bathroom was clean. I had a good night sleep since it was quiet and the bed was SO COMFY! I will defenitely come back in this hotel!

No tea towels to dry kitchen equipment. An airfryer woukd be nice since there is no oven.

Loved the communal kitchen and the really nice showers. The owners sorted us put with fresh towels mid week. A good value, clean, close to shopping and city sights place to stay. Excellent public transport options.

I decided to moved the bed because I wanted the night stand on the left hand side. it also allowed me access to all the power points hidden behind the bed… underneath the bed was very dirty I had to wipe it and clean it myself… would be nice if they cleaned under the bed once in a while…

more signage needed… I didn’t know disable toilets where accessible by females as it had male toilets sign and disable toilet sign on same door (was hesitate to walk in without checking). Disable toilets were very dirty. I was advised laundry was on rooftop however no signage at location to find laundry you go up one flight of stairs can’t see anything and there’s a sign at the next set of stairs that it’s for authorised personnel only… So didn’t go up any further… I ended up going to laundry wash and dry instead… Upstairs bathroom was clean and shower was lovely and warmed just what you need in the wintertime. Room was great. I’ll stay there again.
