Key pick up is too far from accommodation. Way too many emails back and forth from booking.com and then conflicting info the management company. Notified management that the tv in the master wouldn’t work as it was simply unplugged from power and just needed to lifted and a security cable unlocked off the bracket to get the power cord back in. I even offered to stay around and help the handyman or whoever, wasn’t fixed for the whole time we were there. I actually waited around for an air con technician as the air con was faulty, so thought they could at least repay tha5 favour and fix the tv. DIDNT HAPPEN. We had a late check in and whilst the coffee was supplied there wasn’t even any satchels of UHT milk supplied. Really disappointing with a late check in. I own holiday units and would be pissed off if I was that owner of this apartment with the management company. Not sure if we will use any property that is managed by this company again. I HAVE REOPENED THIS REVIEW AFTER SINCE READING OTHER REVIEWS THAT THE AIR CON HAS BEEN FAULTY SINCE DECEMBER AND NOT FIXED. MY FAULT FOR NOT READING REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. THIS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH THAT THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND JUST BAD LUCK FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. BOOKING.COM SHOULD BE ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM, NOT A GOOD LOOK FO YOU. PROBABLY CANT TRUST BOOKING.COM TO MONITOR ANY OF THESE PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS EITHER.

The apartment was clean and modern as it was only 3 to 4 years old. Quiet location and 10 min relaxing walk to Salt and Mantra cafes etc. Good pool and central to day trips. You will need a car in this location.

Apartment was dirty with stains on linen, surfaces and in the shower from build up. Patio had not been cleaned. Credit card surcharge was charged even though debit card was used to pay through booking.com

The quilt was a little thin and we were cold at night….. it would be great to supply either a thicker quilt or extra blankets if possible The shower cove/ tiles were dirty.

the booking agent in Kingscliff provided us with the wrong address which meant we spent half a day trying to find the apartment. We were eventually assisted by some locals The building was two apartment blocks away. Because it was a third floor apartment, we could not get into any ground floors to try the keys provided. We attempted to ring the agent a number, of times with no answer. They eventually phoned back after 5 pm. Very poor service. When I complained about the wasted time and poor cleaning she organised a cleaner to reclean and told us we could stay 2 hours longer on the last day which we did not do. The unit was modern, well positioned and well provided with kitchen equipment. A good apartment. The lounge chairs were not comfortable but the veranda furniture good. The apartment was a long walk to the CBD and a short walk to the beach. Security was good Would have been great if the frustration of finding the unit was eliminated and the floors cleaned

The ad said ocean views but all we only saw trees with a tiny bit of ocean over the top. The apartment was quite nice but it was not comfortable, the lounge was very uncomfortable and the beds made our backs ache we had to leave a day early as we were not getting any sleep. The balcony was not clean sand all over the floor and the glass needed a good clean.

The rules around pool seems a bit adults only. no yelling, splashing, jumping , floating anything. But sure it will loosen up in time.

Property is great. Big property with amazing interior features. has a few “wows”. Extra levels you didn’t know about. Pool is twice as big as what you think.

Minor things only which can be easily fixed and I have let the owners know, such as more bathroom supplies and more than one tea towel (its surprising how important tea towels can be!). It would be nice to have fly screens too, because leaving the windows open all night and the ceiling fans going was very pleasant.

Fantastic location opposite the long bike / walk path in front of the beach in Kingscliff South rather than the older settlement of Kingscliff North. We were on 3rd floor so could see over the new block of units opposite, which will be the only building between Dune and the beach when completed. This area is quiet and mainly residential which we appreciated, though there is a small but well-stocked supermarket, seriously good patisserie and coffee shops in the nearby Salt Resort. The apartment was very comfortable with good air flow and ceiling fans, and a lovely deep verandah protected from the sun. The lap pool was very welcome after a hot and sticky bike ride. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. My coffee-drinking friends appreciated the coffee machine and the choice of pods.

The property was missing a few basics. There were no bath mats, no cleaning products (dishwashing liquid sachets, laundry liquid sachets, dishwashing tablets etc) which meant that I had to go and purchase all the items in order to keep the place clean. I left dishwashing liquid and a multipurpose spray for the next guest so they do not run into the same problem.

It was well located, large and spacious and great value for money.

Key fob doesn’t work at the front door of the property had to enter through the back, BBQ at the pool was out of order, lounge room seating (lounge) is very uncomfortable and bulky, floor mat is irrelevant, balcony furniture is very dated and fabric is mouldy.

Elevator, beautiful pool, quiet location, kitchen facilities were great, laundry in apartment was fantastic, layout was very practical, comfortable beds and lovely outlook.
