Beds are hard! No gas for the communal BBQ.

Big enough for a couple, lovely location, self contained. King size bed. Great views of the bay, both from the unit and at the communal bbq area.

Felt like maybe the unit was not freshened up prior to our arrival. A few dead spiders around and attracting ants. (If I didn't have 2 young children, it wouldn't bother me) Sheet in the main bedroom cupboard just rolled up, not folded. The shower had a little mould. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we enjoyed it. Just a few things need to be fixed up and maybe looked into.

The views were amazing. Communication with Host was very good also. The accommodation was ok. If I was travelling solo I wouldn't be so picky but I have 2 young children with me and my husband.

Needed more room in bathroom. Husband needs somewhere to sit. Shower not good. Water all over floor when you get out.

Unit 6 was tired. It needed new carpet, new curtains, new stove, new shower, new kitchen table and new couches. The bed should have fitted sheets. My first impression was disappointing. The glass pool fence was replaced with temporary fencing and the spa does not work. The barrbecue was dirty so we didn't use it.

Sheets didn't fit single beds. No clothes pegs for clothes line. Noise from the port was occasionally annoying.

Great communication from hosts. Great location. Pool and outdoor dining nooks w spectacular views were a big bonus.

It didn’t bother us as we were on Christmas holidays, however. The WiFi didn’t work for the duration of our stay. We have previously stayed in one of the other units and it had a washer dryer combo, this apartment only offers a washer.

We were in unit 7 and the view was spectacular. Check in was super easy and the team were helpful. The kids loved the pool. Basic Accomodation, comfortable and commensurate with the value.

Unit 3 is showing its age with workers on-site undertaking repairs on other units. We were stunned to find dowel being used to lock windows, peeling paint in some places, electric blankets that didn't work and spare blankets which were too dirty to use. We found the lack of face-to-face contact with staff for experiences like this one dehumanising.

The view over Eden's bay from outside Unit 3 was exceptional - the stuff of postcards! We spotted what appeared to minke whales feeding near a headland on multiple occasions. The property's pool was lovely. Eden's Asling Beach proved a must-do walk for us each day we were in Eden - do watch the tide coming in though!

Felt the unit was run down and in need of some TLC One saucepan was extremely dirty Cleanliness was not to an acceptable standard for the price we paid Windows and glass doors needed a good clean which we reported and was told this would be referred to the body corporate.

The shower water pressure was poor & the shower leaked, but it really wasn’t a big deal.

The location of the complex is fantastic & has a stunning view. We stayed in unit 12 which was perfect for a budget holiday for 2 adults and 3 kids. The full kitchen made it easy to cater instead of having to pay to eat out. The pool and bbq area is great. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer to utilise downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was super helpful & prompt with any queries we had.

Unfortunately it was a bit dirty and slightly unkempt. Shabby marked white furniture very dirty fly screens and bathroom blind (that doesn't work properly) dirty carpet and cobwebs all over outdoor furniture so we couldn't use it. Suggest replacing light fittings to more modern and adding a lamp for night lighting. One washer and one hand towel for two people is a bit mingy in the Covid age). Very well appointed with dishwasher clothes washer and dryer parking space and plenty of storage and magnificent views.

Parking was very tight for our unit making access difficult. Step was both narrow and sloping downwards making it a little dangerous. Lounges were low and difficult to rise from and dining area obstructed TV from one lounge.

Location of property was stunning with sea views from dining area. Fulfilled all our requirements including ability to wash clothes. Overall very pleasant stay.

Old china bowls and plates showed cracks and chips. Also very heavy chinaware including clumpy coffee mugs. Bathroom basin tap difficult to operate and needs replacement. Kitchen tap is also showing signs of stress with limited control of pressure available. The layout of the buildings is unfortunate in that overlooking from adjacent units is hard to avoid thereby reducing privacy.
