No wifi in the rooms. Limited cutlery and cups and the TV was only free to air and the reception was not good on the TV.

The kitchen - we had very limited items in our empty kitchen. Lots of empty cupboards and drawers. The room has a large kitchen with kettle, toaster,fridge, and microwave however providing more items like an electric frying pan , utensils and possibly a sandwich maker would be good. No bottle opener or even a knife was provided. We feel the lack of items in the kitchen was a massive let down.

The staff were outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

The room was $285 which I thought was a little expensive for 1 night, but everything is rather expensive on the Mountain. Everything else was great

Nice large room, great views of the valley below, the Gold Coast and the Ocean and beaches. Well appointed kitchenette with everything required for a short stay. Bed was excellent. Close to Eagle Heights and Tamborine. Lovely gardens.

A personal thing. In the Japanese room the bed was very low.

Amazing views to the coast Staff were friendly and helpful. Food delicious and good value. We were there for Steak night and were surprised it included dessert all for $22.50 We found this wonderful place after reading a little blue directional street sign in the village.and followed it.Another unexpected surprise we received Chocolate coated Strawberries and a bottle of bubbles delivered to our room because it was Valentine's week. Much appreciated

No variety of teas in the room and just one type of instant coffee. The food in the restaurant was just ok. Not very hot when it arrived.

Spectacular views on top of the mountain. Plenty of parking. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Dining room staff were cheerful.

The WiFi was down for our entire stay--took us asking about 4 people before anyone could confirm literally anything about the WiFi and then all we learned was that it was "down". No one knew if/when it would come back up (it didn't). The place has a rundown feel to it--both in the rooms and the common areas.

The views from the beer garden were nice. Reception was pleasant, but not exceedingly helpful. The rooms were fine, but not particularly decorative or nice--it all felt sparsely furnished and sterile. The bathrooms were usable, but low-quality fixtures. This is a true "motel" style place with doors opening directly to the outside/parking lot.

I didnt like that we were ripped off by booking.com to the tune of $400,ring the hotel direct for way cheaper prices. I will never use booking.com again and would advise everyone to do the same!

booking.com was listed the resort with breakfast included but they didn't accept it. 306 for only a room is too much!- have to pay 50 more for breakfast
