The outside kitchen was the only item that we found a bit odd.

Excellent accommodation. Great services, facilities, comfort, privacy - exceptional all round. We had a small issue with the entry code … however, the hosts provided excellent support to resolve it. Thanks for an amazing stay. The property is within walking distance of the beaches. We also found it very convenient to drive to the train station first a trip into Melbourne.

The outside kitchen was a bit different. Finding the place was a bit of a mission, but after a couple of days we worked out how to find it easily.

It was very quiet. We really appreciated the streaming TV channels. While it is a perfect accommodation for a young couple, as we are far from young the spa was wasted on us. We also appreciated the personal touch of wine and chocolate on arrival.

These villas are exceptional. The pictures on line do not do them justice. Everything is just wonderful, the location, the fixtures and fittings, the facilities and the owners are all lovely. We hired both villas which are normally quite separate but the owners kindly moved some of the potted plants so that we could easily move between the two properties. The beds and linen are just to die for, so very comfortable and the jacuzzi style bath was just lovely too with plenty of hot water. We used the BBQ several times which was just perfect for our needs. The indoor fire was a welcome addition when we got back late one night from seeing the Penguins on Phillip Island as we had got pretty chilled. All in all a lovely place, I just wish it wasn’t 10,000 miles away.

These are not negatives, just what you would need: A car if you are planning on touring around the Peninsula and if you are staying for a prolonged stay, say more than a week, you may have to source a laundromat as there is no washing facilities for clothes.

What didn't we like? OMG this place was so peaceful and relaxing and private and just the best place to be for our 4 days in the Mornington Peninsula. You will need a car to explore the area, we hired a car for the 4 days and covered a lot of the Mornington Peninsula from here and it was so nice to come back to and watch the sun go down at the end of the evening, there is a small beach only 100 m from the property which is beautiful and not busy... only locals. Plenty of places to eat in Mt Eliza and Mornington. We really enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were really lovely and quick to reply to any questions we had.

These are wonderful villas, we hired them both and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating allowing us access between the two for the duration of our stay. The beds are super large and comfy and we slept so well in the luxurious bedding. The spa bath was an added bonus. All the equipment, fixtures and fittings are top quality. If we could we’d come back again - it’s a place dreams are made of. Thank you ☺️

Got a lot of bugs around the house and sometimes those bugs would follow into the room when I opened the door. The bathroom floor is a little bit slippery

location is perfect and the environment is very quiet. Convenient for people who have a car to drive. The room setting is comfortable and has spectacular taste in it. Facilities in the room are wonderful and the spa bath is amazing.

The sink is located outside with the BBQ. This is not such a biggie apart from going outside to do dishes when it’s cold.

This place was so very comfortable, stylish, warm and yet homely. It is positioned waterfront although the units don’t have water views. The garden view is lovely and private and the water feature is a nice addition.

The doors lock codes were a bit temperamental.

The entire place was absolutely amazing. The space has been used and decorated so well. I would have come for the spa alone. Attention to detail was appreciated. Love the wine and choccie. Really loved the pencils and colouring books. Very peaceful and tranquil experience. We will definitely be back again.

No kitchen sink to wash dishes and netflix didn't work. Other than that cant fault it, it was great relaxing stay.

Beautiful relaxing spa and fireplace and the wonderful water feature. Bed linen was extremely soft. Champagne and chocolates on arrival.
