The unit I stayed in wasn't tastefully decorated but comfortable enough.

The convenience of the location, bus stop right outside the door. Shopping centre right across the road. The balcony was huge. I could have stayed longer, the late night for the roof top 10pm close was great for that late night swim.

Described as air conditioned but in fact only one of the bedrooms had aircon and other just had fan. Also the blank walls and bare minimum furnishings made it feel a bit like a prison cell. Some artwork or a throw cushion would make all the world of difference

We were on the next street at my son’s so literally arrived late and left first thing in morning so that’s why I didn’t comment on staff! It was perfect for our needs!

No aircon in main room. Required to remove all rubbish from apartment. Only one key was provided and i was travelling for work with a colleague attending different areas and this make it difficult for us

The one bedroom unit suited our needs very well and we appreciated the secure car parking available. The location was good as there was bus stops close by to travel to Southbanknorbthe CBD and a grocery shop was across The road. We did not hear the traffic noise on Logan Rd when doors were closed.

Was visiting mother in hospital so it was a little out of the way, but busses outside apartments come regular throughout the day & evenings..

Staff were lovely & very helpful.. The apartment was well equipped with everything & clean.. The bed was very comfortable..

Hallway between lift and apartment had sticky and unfinished floor. Air conditioning in bedroom leaking water when turned on.

Liked restaurants and coffee shops across the road. Rooms were spacious and great courtyard.

The flooring....opened up from the elevator and sticky floor. NO carpet, obviously doing renovations.

The most amazing location for us, close to medical appointments and cafe's all around the area.

We like everything here. We only regret for not to found out that there is spa/pool area in the rooftop until the day of our check out. (Sorry we didnt read all the welcome letter.hahah)

Very helpful staff, special mention to Raven who really a big helpnfor us and comfort during a time of stress from cancel flight. We likea the room with complete kitchen utensiles. Thank you also to Cecilia.

Lounge suite sofa needed a clean (crumbs etc.. in crevices) and the carpet had seen better days The shower temperature was (sometimes) less hot than we expected (okay if we turned the dial to the extreme)

Spacious apartment with nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Nice kitchen. Good location - near to a great Vietnamese cafe and a good coffee shop. Also close to supermarket and bottle shop and many food/drink options in near proximity.

When we were trying to find it, the location on gps was a little hard to find at first, we drove past it. Until we slowed down and found it. Traffic was also busy late in the afternoon which didn’t help.

The location was in a great spot, close to areas we were visiting.

Selfish, but I would have liked a bath and 1 bedroom is air-conditioned and the other only has a fan, I would have liked both to be air-conditioned. In saying that though, it was easy enough to leave the aircon on in the living area as and leave the bedroom door open, that worked as well. Family likes the beds, we're a little hard for me, again, gets better over time Great gas cooktop, but even with the extractor fan on, the patio doors open, just cooking bacon and eggs set off the smoke alarm and I am not a hopeless cook lol

Love the location, bus stop into the city right at your front door, supermarket and restaurants everywhere, the apartment we had had a great private outdoor area, not a standard balcony but a paved artificial grass area perfectly big enough for little ones to run around and be perfectly safe right off the living area Good size deluxe suite for everyone

I dont think the aircon units had been cleaned for a really long time- when on the room stunk like a toilet.

The room size was great. The outdoor area was huge. The location was perfect. The guy on reception was awesome!
