The bouquet/ souvenir shop wasn’t opened the days we stayed at Echo’s.

The variety of breakfast, the food was great. Being able to share the facilities with Lilianfields. The service was great and the staff were amazing

The carpet in the room is very old and stained.

Staff is friendly and approachable. The location is superb and it’s good that can use the amenities of Lilianfels. However it will be better if Echoes would have their own amenities such as spa and pool.

Breakfast was very substandard, most of it was cold on all four of our plates. Our dinner the night before was amazing so it was a bit disappointing.

Imagine this: You're dining at this restaurant, staring out the window at a breathtaking view that could make even a grumpy cat crack a smile. But as you take a bite of your overpriced dish, you realize the view is the only thing that's truly worth the price tag. It's like the chef took a culinary masterpiece and decided to play a game of 'hide and seek' with the flavor. My taste buds went searching for deliciousness, but all they found was disappointment. Note to self: next time, bring a picnic basket and enjoy the view without risking culinary disappointment.

Staying at this hotel is like being wrapped in a cozy blanket of luxury, with views that could make even the most seasoned traveler pinch themselves just to check if it's real. The scenery outside the window is so stunning, it's like Mother Nature hired a personal decorator. And let's talk about the rooms - they're so lovely, I half expected them to tuck me in at night and read me a bedtime story. It's like sleeping in a cloud made of marshmallows and dreams.

Can’t honestly say that there was anything.

Amazing views from the bedrooms, bar & restaurant. Loved the balcony each of the bedrooms featured. Staff were excellent.

Nothing could be better.

All menu items were exceptional, staff were very helpful and friendly, accommodation was extremely comfortable, and facilities at the sister resort at Lilianfels were very luxurious. The location was unbeatable and afforded us the most beautiful views of gardens and mountains. A truly wonderful holiday experience.

The only thing i would say is this hotel should be for adults only. My daughter (28yrs old). Was woken up @ 4.30 am due to a crying 2yr approx. And at breakfast the mess this child made at the table !!

Lovely styled boutique hotel in a great position with the most amazing views across the valley. The best bedroom view we’ve ever had. The evening meal & breakfast was great. Could not fault the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Paid extra for a view room and weather wasn’t good so got no view! Also was two king single beds together not a king…

Dinner menu was the same every night but having access to Lillianfells compensated Breakfast though was really lovely

The view was amazing, the room was perfect, service excellent and having access to Lillianfells the sister hotel over the road made it even better with access to their lounge restaurant

Fantastic views and close proximity to plenty of walking trails. Guests have access to the hotel next door including a nice outdoor swimming pool. staff were helpful overall and helped us with cutlery and plates etc when we decided to have takeaway one night on the balcony

Room Decor is dated and requires an update. Our shower head (not the rain one) only had only four (hard) jets of water coming out - tried to turn the head thinking this may resolve the issue and the shower head fell apart. Our bathroom did not have a working fan so very steamy! The restaurant light fittings etc have all seen better days and/or require a clean.

Staff were very pleasant and obliging. Location is amazing. Feel of the venue is very welcoming. Great that we could use Lilianfels facilities.

The surrounding is all closed to the natural of the mountain view, walking distant to the Three sister scene and easy to get foods at the hotel.

The view is excellent and the breakfast is well presented.

Everything was good. The only thing is I was not aware all facilities ( Spa ) was at the next door boutique hotel.

Unbeliavable views from a very well appointed room. Beautiful gardens and lovely dining and bar area. Great location and food was amazing. would definatley stay again if in that location.
