Not thoroughly clean, found broken wine glass in the cupboard and no tissues available in the room. Stairwell to go upstairs to the second level full of cobwebs. Pool did not look appealing whatsoever.

The room was old and run down. Needs a re vamp! The room service did not clean the rooms every day as they were supposed to…..we had to ask for new towels and empty the rubbish bins twice in a four night stay. When we went to check in we were told by Booking.com Neribo Messenger that they were full and they didn’t have a room for us on the day. Very annoyed.

We had no hot water in the rooms. When we told them that there was no hot water, all that was said was that they know. There was no discount offered at all.

We stayed at Neirbo a long time ago. The location is excellent, very close to Eateries, tourist attractions and the Mighty Murray River. The staff were great and friendly. Rooms were clean and nothing was too much trouble except one thing. No HOT water.

Bed was on the harder side.

Location is perfect for walking access to the Main Street of Echuca. Staff are friendly, the room was clean and everything we needed for our short stay of one night. As stated by others, the music from the venue behind is quite loud but we weren't too bothered by it and it was a Saturday night so expected some noise. Breakfast at the cafe where check in takes place, Essen, was outstanding and we enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the restaurant across the road at Sunago.

It was extremely loud and understand this now to be the case on Friday and Saturday nights with the hotel next door (which I understand is owned by the same owners as motel) and loud people making their way back to rooms late at night. Would have liked to have been given the option to have a room away from the noise but apparently that was not the case as I hadn't booked directly with motel. I booked a Queen Room and it was nothing like the pictures; a double bed only, one bedside table and very outdated but served its purpose for us as a quick stop.

The location was great for during the day and the room was clean and tidy. Essen cafe was lovely for breakfast the following morning.

Room carpet is getting a little dated and worn in the entrance.

Great location and an easy walk to most eating places and the wharf. Breakfast facility now around the corner which is nice.
