The third bedroom should be advertised as a room for children only. Very uncomfortable beds for adults. A larger kettle would also be appreciated.

Loved the unique eco design and decor. The creek and hot tub were just beautiful. Quality tea and coffee along with chocolate and wine was a lovely bonus.

We were blown away with the design of the house inside and out the features were unlike anything you’ve seen before Every door we walked through just left us saying WOW ! And it’s only 2 mins from the shops which makes it very convenient It was just an amazing experience Definitely be coming back again !

If I have to be picky, it would just be the positioning of the microwave oven...it was quite high.

The place is stunning! The house is clean and has everything you could possibly need. Glen is very quick to respond to any queries we had. We were 3 generations of family and we all loved the place...peaceful and serene. The complimentary wine and chocolate were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the private spa in the backyard. Wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you!

The glass dividing wall near stairs needs some indicators on it . it My 27 year old daughter walked into it and hit her head . The micro wave placed high was a danger with spilling hot food Not enough tea towels to use ( oh and s nightmare )

The only complaint would be limited parking however it is understandable as there is limited space.

The place was beautiful, clean and felt very comfortable, we were staying here for a snowboarding trip and the place was a good distance from Falls Creek

Selected this Villa for the outdoor spa but unfortunately the spa stopped working the first day (pump issues?) Attempted to contact owner by both phone and text as per guest instruction booklet with no response which is terribly disappointing.

Gorgeous villa set in pristine surroundings. Eclectic decor and well equipped kitchen.

Upon booking the property i did think it was a private house with pool and spa sadly wasn't what we expected, we did exceed what we wanted to spend on 2 nights sadly didn't feel it was worth it for us. Spa - was a natural stone bath that needed filling no bubbles/jets. Gowns and slippers would of been a lovely bonus to make stay more comfortable as we don't wear shoes indoors the floors were cold. We were a bit confused with the upstairs bath, how to position ourselves in it and toliet was in a strange location as the door didn't fully close so whoever was on the bed had a lovely view.

Quirky property set near a little stream amongst beautiful views near neighbouring apartments. Lots of brilliant little features that we loved. We were welcomed with a warm cosy home for 2 nights. The outside bath was a hit with all guests. Amenities in bathrooms were great too. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable.

The beds were really uncomfortable, particularly downstairs where the beds are really just foldaways designed for kids. The beds also weren’t set up as we had asked. The gas knob to turn on the oven fell off when we first used it which made it hard to cook. The gas top hobs were very weak also. There was no shampoo in the bottle upstairs. The TVs were noted as “smart tvs” but they’re not - they’re old and don’t connect to the wifi. The washer dryer is hard to use and takes forever to unlock to get clothes out. As there weren’t enough towels for 6 people for a week we had to wash and dry the towels. We also had to buy toilet paper as there wasn’t nearly enough. The signs and book for the property are a bit out of date re air conditioning and appliances.

The location and unique design of the villa were great. The villa is in a lovely complex and the views were beautiful.
