A comfortable bed in a simple room. Good location in town, and parking outside my room. The wifi worked well and the room was clean.

Its just tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. The room configuration meant the queensize bed was up against a wall making it tricky for one of us to get in and out. There grounds need some tidying, overall it did the job.

The Motel is OK, our bed was comfortable and the towels clean. It had everything you need for an overnight. It was quiet. And the off street parking outside your room is good.

The only motel in Edenhope but has a good size restaurant.

Lack of toaster and microwave. One tap for Kitchenetten and hands.very dated cupboards.

I was greeted with no lights on at reception despite them knowing the time I was arriving. I then had to phone them to come. Not once did they really look at me and had to ask which side my room was on. To arrive at the room to a full ashtray at the door. Really disappointed not to even have a toaster in the room for breakfast. I had already known about no microwave. An extra blanket provided but no extra pillows. The room was old, needed a total deep clean. Not what I was expecting.

The night that I stayed was extremely cold and I was in a room where the reverse cycle was not working There was a small electric fan heater supplied, but I had to leave it on all night to keep the room warm - this is a massive waste of electricity as those little fan heaters chew through the power😩

I’ve stayed here before and was familiar with the hosts and the rooms, therefore I knew what to expect As I wasn’t well (I apparently had bronchitis, so I found out when I got home to my Doctor), consequently I overslept the following morning and woke at 10 am😱 I rang the host to apologise and explain my lateness for departure They were very accomodating and said that I could take as much time as I needed - so lovely😊

The airconditioner/heater was old, noisy and not very effective in heating the space on a chilly night. Much as the fluoro tubes over the bedhead and on the opposite wall were in keeping with the 70s feel, they made for very unattractive lighting and could be replaced with lighting that's more modern as well as energy-efficient. One side of the bed was hard up against the wall, though there would have been enough space to move it out enough for a small nightstand for one's glass of water, spectacles, phone etc as there is on the other side.

Well located on the highway for our travel needs, easy to find, plenty of parking space. Staff member on reception affable and helpful in providing plates and cutlery for our takeaway. Decor and layout dated and furniture and fittings shabby, but that was part of its refreshingly untouched 70s charm :)

Very Cold , Old noisy box air conditioning Delay in accessing hot water. Room not serviced daily or personal items replenished like soap, shampoo, tea bags , milk etc Rooms need refurbishing Mould in Shower Recess Office is rarely staffed

It was extremely cold in the room - no proper heating just a small fan heater. Only one extra blanket. Not acceptable at all.
