We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. They made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food was great. The location to the lifts is extremely convenient. The decor is quaint and cosy makes you feel like you are in a Swiss chalet.

Meals were excellent. Staff were excellent - friendly, welcoming, provided assistance and always remembered my name. The restaurant was good size and a bar/ lounge overlooking the ski slopes was very popular. Excellent apres ski. Location was good (for Perisher) being walking distance to main centre, chairlifts and Skitube. Complimentary over-snow transport was available between Skitube terminal and Eiger Chalet. Good security for skiing equipment and excellent boot drying room.

We were collected at the tube and from that point on they took care of all our luggage which was a nice touch. Same on the way back. Food was good and everything you needed was right there in the lodge.

AustraliaWas a little disappointing that the hot tub isnt working but is still being advertised, the bathrooms need a bit of an update but everything else was wonderful that it was easy to forgive those small shortcomings.
The food and rooms were lovely. The location was very convenient, literally 5 minutes walk to the ski fields. The staff are all lovely and helpful, they couldnt do enough to help us and were always friendly and happy to chat. The food included with the stay was amazing and plentiful, we left every night so full and happy :)

My entire experience at the Eiger Chalet was nothing short of amazing! The proximity to the ski lifts is walking distance, the White Spider restaurant is absolutely phenomenal and the staff were unbelievably welcoming and accommodating! I would recommend staying at the Eiger over and over again!!

It is not only about the cozy room, comfortable bed, great breakfast and dinner, lovely staff and hosts but also the great experience and amazing memories staying with you! Ski holiday is exciting, however it may be somewhat challenging as you have to expect the unexpected. I learn that Perisher Medical Centre treats over 30 incidents each day during ski season and my wife was among these patients as she was injured on the snow slope this Saturday. After waiting in medical centre for a few hours in cold, Eiger Chalet offered over snow transfer to bring her back “home” - Eiger Chalet. Eiger’s staff offered warm & genuine care to make you feel at home - from finding crutches to make you easier to move around, sending extra pillows to make the injured knee more comfort, bagging snow to ease her swollen knee, recommending orthopaedic surgeon to relieve my wife’s worries, to personalising over snow transfer again to the Skitube’s platform to send us home & waving goodbye & good luck. Eiger Chalet made us feel at ease & at home even with such an unexpected incident! Thank you all for the amazing stay and great experience!
