Quality of the room, cleanliness poor, paint peeling off shower tiles, pool not maintained properly, sliding door to veranda didn’t work and management wanted to repair it while we were there! Didn’t request repair-they knew it was already broken but let us have the room anyway! Took 10 minutes to check in. Poor facilities in room and not as advertised on the internet. Property in disrepair and rubbish lying around everywhere!

WAs advertised..theHave stayed here on previous occasions the place is very neglected.Broken mirror in bedroom doors hinges on fridge cupboard broken no handles on vanity doors.The parking area is full of pot holes.No restarant.The pool area again neglected.Windows grubby.reception area not welcoming.Room not serviced and hard to communicate with staff

no lock on glass door, in another room no fly screen on 3rd level window or no locks on window and the other room had rubbish all under the bed. ( family were staying in 3 rooms ) people next door in room knocking on door to be told wrong room at 1am then had a very loud fight throwing stuff around till 4 am ( this is after coming back from wedding to see them running around the car pack half nuked lol ) then in the morning ( pretty sure sign has pool open at 10 or something like that ) got woken up at 7:30 because kids are screaming in the pool so just packed up and left at 8am other family members could not find stuff at 9 to let them know about the people next door so just left. this would have to be the worst place I have ever stayed. photos on your ad need to be updated $260 a night was just disgraceful. will never stay again.

For $179 I would expect a clean carpet, decent couch and a fair sized tv. Air con was old and not great. The couple next door seemed to have fantastic sex....all night. Very much like a tired, used YHA room. Reminded me of cheap rooms in Bangkok.

Late check in, night manager was very helpful and friendly.

The general presentation of the property was poor. The building and common areas appeared dirty and just needed a good clean. The pool area had rubbish through out and outdoor furniture was mismatched and in a general messy state - it was winter so hardy a result for overuse rather failure of housekeeping. The Carpets was poor and stained from reception all 3 stories and into our room. The sofa was stained and dirty and fell apart into 2 pieces when converting it to a bed. As a result the room that was sold as a family room only had one usable double bed in it. Finally the bait shop across the road stunk and the breeze helped it across to El lago.

Firstly, the money i pay did not work out bcz the room was clean properly they had bug specially cockroach in the room and room to the bathroom was not clean well they have dirt in room specially on my second bad i have a cockroach going on the sheet and flyers and bugs near to Ac.lastly, bathroom and room do nt have Rubbish bin and shower wall is going peel off and dirt near to sink to not value for money

Bathroom had paint chipped off the tiles. Shower floor was dirty therefore I didn’t shower here. Sliding door was broke would not lock. Room spelt of musky smell when entered. Bed linen had stains.
