My bedrrom smells cigarettes, the sheet were old and didnt looked clean. Theres no lift, so much noise during the night, there was a party at one of the bedrooms. I couldnt sleep on the 2 nights I spent there.

I really liked the location, the staff were really helpful and kind.

Fridge that wasn't working, dirt around the hostel , especially in the bathroom, people screaming and smoking on the floors , was a pretty creepy show.

The bedroom smelt like cigarettes or even weed, the floor was not vacuumed, there was no window in the bedroom and overall cleanliness was questionable. The bathrooms had vandalism on the walls and the sinks were not that clean. I was not sure where to put my stuff as there were no coathangers and I did not want to put anything on the floor or even the bed really. The lock on the female bathroom door (level 3) is broken also.

The location was great and the service was great. The room was a good enough size. The bed was comfortable, I was happy to find that there were no bedbugs after having read some reviews. the shower was okay, appeared cleaner than the bathroom sinks.

Very dirty bed not cleaned, the people are dirty, terrible smell no ventilation, no fridge to store groceries, toilets not even cleaned, no lift, put 1 star is already a lot, hostels is not the standard of welcoming people strongly discouraged

Everything, broken windows. Crack heads shooting up. Got punched in the head for going to the toilet. Smelt so bad. Seemed to be a homeless shelter. I will never stay again

The place is the worst place I've ever seen. When I came in, I can see that its very unhygienic. I got the shared room so I wasnt expecting a lot but atleast a decent place would be nice. The bed smells really bad and looked like they havent wash it. the room is full if people staying long time. Clutter is around and the smell is also not good. Looks like they lived they for so long and full of ther stuff hanging and even in the floor. When I went outside the reception area, there are so many people and some of them look really scary. I wasnt comfortable at all so I chose not to stay there. I chat with one room mate and when I looked at her, i thought she was sick but it happens that all her face and body is full of bed bug bites. That made me more scared and just want to leave since I started feeling itchy before I talked to her. She said everything isnt cleaned and washed. They dont give refunds as well which I understand and not even asked for it. I am just writing this to serve as an awareness and to check the property for everyones safety.

Handle in room barely holding on so hard to unlock and lock room Looked like people full time lives in room so very cluttered and not much space or lockers for use Booked for 4 nights and left after one at 6am felt uncomfortable all round acomodation

There's steps going up from main entrance, which might be hard for some with heavy bags. The door lock was very 'sticky' and hard to open.

Very well located. Close to the train station and close to the galleries, both very handy for me. Reception was flexible and friendly and allowed an early check in and let me leave my bag in storage until the room became available. The room was comfortable and bathrooms clean.

The only two things I didn’t like was the colour of the carpet and there was no dart board.

It was good, quiet, no hassles and interesting people. Staff were helpful and friendly.
