Not cleaned behind beds or skirting boards. Extra blanket stained and appeared to have animal hair all over it. Seemed to be people living there with dogs.

Very outdated, bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, exhaust fan was so powerful it made the bathroom freezing, we had a spa with the light off so we didn’t freeze, furniture was too large and old for the space. Stairs are in need of upgrade. TV remote held together with sticky tape. This room is not for anyone who struggles with steps.

Location was good, view was nice, comfortable couch. Spa was comfortable for two people.

Clean at first glance but when you look closer, there were spiders at every corner. Luckily I always bring a bug spray. Corners of the room are neglected as moulds were starting to form and lots of dust. In need of a deep clean at least twice a year during off peak season

The pillows are terrible. Two Powerpoint's in the room: one in the kitchenette and one in the bathroom. How do you not have Powerpoint's next to the bed?? There is an apparent leak that makes the carpet wet b/w the kitchenette and the room originating from the bathroom. Bathroom light is terrible for someone trying to apply make-up. Sorry, but I expected more.

The hotel is a bit old but again for the price, it was good.

For the price it was exactly as expected. Clean enough, quiet enough and the aircon worked well which was very important for our stay. Good location to our event.

It's set back from the road and quiet. The showers are excellent and there is a toilet opposite the Reception Desk for anyone who has been dueling with Melbourne traffic for hours.

The room was a bit dated. The furniture had lots of chips. There were 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. I wouldn't have booked if I had realised this I had to wait approx 20 mins to check in mid afternoon because the Manager was off site doing the school run. The room and kitchen were clean but the spa had hair in it.

The location was good. The outlook was picturesque. The manager was friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

No tea towel in the kitchen area for drying dishes. Cleanliness of the additional blanket in the wardrobe. I had an injured foot so stairs were problematic to climb to reach my room.

No information about the facility or location in one of the rooms. No "Do not Disturb "sign in one of the rooms Had to ask for tea towels and cutlery. Ironing board was broken and had to be replaced. The twin room had see through wall into the shower and toilet so most uncomfortable for siblings or non intimate guests
