Main Issue The front steps are not up to spec and are unsafe. They should be fixed. Other issues We ran out of gas for the BBQ No steel wool or similar to clean the BBQ. We ran out of dishwashing liquid and ran short of toilet paper. The shortages in supplies was very inconvenient with the nearest shop being 18 Ks away

A welcome book would have been handy with instructions for the fancy oven , dishwasher and washing machine

some people mentioned it’s a bit dirty but they mean like the window tracks not the beds or floors of surfaces or bathrooms etc we did clean some of the dishes a bit better but they also cleaned very quickly as we came onto the island on a 6am ferry and they very gratefully cleaned quickly so we could get in a bit earlier.

absolute stunning location - beds were so comfortable, great air conditioning - can’t wait to go there in the winter and use the fire place. I asked Christine to let me know what brand of beds they have because I didn’t want to leave it, I haven’t sleep that good in years. so great we could have our dog with us, he loved playing in the front yard, having the gate was great & plenty of morning sun for him to nap in.

None! We loved everything about it.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect - few steps away from the jetty/beach. The property manager was very helpful too. The amenities and furniture in the house were modern. All the beds were very comfortable. One of the best features of the house is the fireplace. It warmed the entire house every evening that we stayed. There was enough firewood provided to keep the fire going. There was also a couple of fairy penguins that stayed in the bushes located in the front yard. It was such a joy to see them walking around at night.

Nothing really. just on the stairs it has a broken wood cover which has been temp repaired. can be a hazard to the kids. but i’m sure they will get it fix.

The spa wasn't working,.... but to be fair actually didn't expect a spa and didn't really affect us, super minor negative. but if i had to mention anything that would be it.

The way the house was set out was awesome. The quality of the beds and the appliances was impressive. Was incredibly easy to feel like you were on holiday and coming back to the house after a long day exploring was so good. Will be really hard not to return in the future.

The location was great, great views out to the sea/beach. A very large house with plenty of space for the 7 of us. 3 bathrooms was great to have. Very comfortable with everything we needed.

A thorough spring clean would bring this place up to scratch in no time. Things like Walls & Door Handles desperately need a good scrub

House is huge with plenty of space for a couple of families or a large group of friends to share. location is just perfect and beach is just out the front door. Great beach for long walks and views to die for. Sitting on the large deck with regular visits from friendly little blue wrens. Would definitely stay here again.

The cat/dog hair on the lounge, carpet, then over my clothes after sitting on the lounge. Lots of cobwebs and spiders on windows and fly screens. Behind the lounge and besides the beds looked liked it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The smell in the sinks in the master bedroom bathroom was offensive. Nails on the front deck were raised and ripped skin on my bare feet.

The house was dirty - lots of spider webs. It was freezing inside the house - 2 small heaters and open fire (full of ashes and no kindling). Not enough blankets. Spa in middle of house un-useable.
