Arrived after hours, the lockbox system was amazing and very convenient. Ended up getting upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise! Facilities were absolutely stunning!

The accommodation is quiet, no party policy made is very pleasant to stay for families. Staff are very friendly and the overall cleanliness is superb.

The room was huge! The view was amazing, the location was perfect. So close to amazing cafes and easy to walk most places. They accommodated early check in and the whole process was seemless. Definitely will stay again!

Great location between the Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise restaurant and entertainment areas. Five minute walk to the beach. We stayed in winter - mid June - so very much enjoyed the heated pool and spa pool. The property was immaculately clean, and spacious.

Slight smell of cigarettes upon entry to apartment. Other guests parking in your space. Reception not manned 24/7

Nice and new, able to open windows, good soundproofing, comfy beds and pillows. Daily change of towels / beds made. Nice pool and gym area.

The accommodation was fantastic and as described when booking the room. We would definitely recommend this two bedroom apartment for a family stay at the Gold Coast.

The unit was very clean, quiet and beautifully decorated with amazing views over the ocean as well as views of the canals and mountains. The beds were very comfortable and although we only stayed two nights we had room service and a change of towels etc. The unit was well equipped with high end appliances. There was a minor issue which was dealt with promptly and rectified within 10 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The gym was very well equipped and the bbq area was very clean with the lovely addition of seperate booths. A large sized sauna was perfect for those chilly winter nights. The heated spa and lap swimming pool were also in tip top condition. The location of the high rise was easy to find and within walking distance of shops and a large variety of cafes. We will be back! Highly recommend a stay at this luxury high rise.

Apartments are not noise proof as we caught up with friends on a Sat night and at 10.30 was asked to keep it down.

The apartment was roomy for a family of 5 with a modern and homey feel. Beautiful beach views and parking included. Location was perfect for us, a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to Surfers. Heated pool and hot spa were also amazing!

Check in hours are very limited Rooms could have bluetooth speaker and audio system as a nice touch.

Geat location if you are attending a conference at the Convention Centre Rooms are very basic and functional. They have washing machine and dryer which is great. Shower is powerful which is excellent. Not much else to bathrooms You can cook breakfast or dinner if you want, and sit at the dining table which is a great touch for families etc.

Beds were too small, my partner 6ft 2 so we ended up sleeping in seperate rooms. Black hand soap makes a mess of the sink 😬
