A complete personal preference but I didn't find the pillows super comfortable - a little too low for my liking.

We had a fantastic weekend away at Old Bull Creek Luxury Retreat! The villa is modern with a fantastic layout and beautiful views and our stay was extremely comfortable - great temperature control (with a cozy gas log fire), super comfy king-size bed, plenty of luggage space, a comfy couch to lounge on and spacious bathroom with a big bath! The kitchen was excellently equipped for a little getaway and the refreshments and breakfast provisions that included local goods were a wonderful touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. All of the little touches were well thought of and much appreciated! We also loved the privacy and tranquility of the location, and the cows for neighbours. 100% will stay again, we had the best time <3

If I had to nitpick some toast and butter would be nice in the breakfast, the hosts provided brioche buns but some sourdough or local bakery bread would be perfect

I can’t fault the property but I thought it was a little expensive.

The presentation and personal touches Rosemary’s beautiful villa greeted us with were lovely. The space is well planned and furnished allowing views of the amazing sunrise from the bed as you wake up. What an amazing way to start my daughters wedding day. A comfortable bed awaited me at the end of the day. The bathroom is spa like, so inviting. Coffee on the verandah is so peaceful and calming. Can’t wait to return.

Our daughter's wedding was at Woodburn Homestead, so we were too busy to enjoy the beautiful outlook & quietness of the location. Next time when we come back it will be more relaxing & will enjoy this very modern, clean Villas & would highly recommend to others looking for accommodation near Strathalbyn.

Evansdale Villas has amazing views, very private which is exactly what you want in a Covid safe world. the property was absolutely spotless and we felt very safe knowing that the place was well cleaned. beautiful breakfast provisions and wine. we will return

Could have done with recliners or proper footstools for couch.

Modern, yet homey and inviting. Loved the gas fireplace and comfortable bed. Shower and bath were both exceptional. Really liked the complimentary food and wine - excellent standard. The view was spectacular and loved the double glaze windows that kept out cold and wind sound. The Salus products were amazing and I may be a new customer! The hairdryer was also one of the best I’ve used in accommodation anywhere.
