A little dated and relatively sparsely furnished TV difficult to turn on and off

We needed a paper cope of the instructions for the dishwasher, or even one online. We had to contact our host to come and show us. He was very helpful.

The location is fantastic! Close to everything. Close to the (free) trams, buses and also the trains. The 22nd floor gave us a great view. The apartment was very quiet and very comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. We enjoyed having a few breakfasts in the Café Excello on the corner, as well as dinners in the Hotel Windsor around the corner..

The flat itself is a little tired but it was perfectly acceptable. The carpet in main room could have been cleaner, original rug covered by another rug, both a bit grubby.

the location was perfect for a stay in Melbourne for a couple. The bed was comfortable. Great having a washer and dryer. The view and location were close to really seeing Melbourne and in a great area. I highly recommend the restaurants right below the apartment.. one was Lupino great views from floor to ceiling glass. directions for in/out easy.

There was no hairdryer provided. A small box of milk would have been appreciated. Very minimal kitchen provisions supplied eg only 5 tea bags in a 50-bag box, 1 small sachet of jam, no milk or butter. Couldn't sit out on balcony as it was too dirty. The door handle was broken Only free-to-air TV stations available.

Excellent location, could walk to many attractions in the cbd easily or catch a free tram. Good views from every room, bright apartment

Definitely would recommend this place Clean, cosy and well equipped including a washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen, including a Dishwasher. Great view of Melbourne. Location, very convenient to everything we wanted to do. One tram up Bourke st, to and from Southern Cross Station. Tram trip was free!!! Shuttle bus from and to the airport Caches to/from other places/States Trains! I caught the 11 hour trip from Sydney to Southrrn Cross. Hotel very safe, secure and quiet. Comedy places only a block away. Most hidden restaurant in Melbourne is only a 2 min walk from apartment. I had a fantastic stay/experience! 🙂

The interior was a little tired but clean and fully equipped, on the smaller side but seriously the positives of this place shine through.

Brilliant location, so close to everything with trans and metro only a minutes walk away. The bed was amazing, shower water pressure awesome and the quietest place I have ever stayed in Melbourne.

The door handle to the deck was broken, and a handle was missing off a window. Would have liked an extra set of towels it did have a washer and dryer, so I made use of that.

The location was good. The building was clean restaurants within walking distance. Was easy to contact the gentleman regarding anything to do with the apartment.

Exactly where I wanted to stay with a view of the gorgeous state parliament. Trees. Sky. Loved the kitchen (brought our own coffee plunger) which made it possible to have breakfast before leaving for the day.

I think the place could still be improved in terms of the tv connection as there was no signal and no other entertainment such as Netflix. Although, you could still definitely sign in your Netflix account, I just thought that with the price such entertainment would be included to make up for the no signal tv channels. Also, it would be great if the balcony would be cleanly maintained as it was dusty. I could definitely imagine chilling at the balcony in the morning or evening especially during spring or summer season.

I loved the view whether that may be night or day! Place was clean and modern. I was able to get comfy straight away. Location wise, I loved it as well. Although you have to walk almost 20 mins to CBD, there were a lot of nearby tourist attractions such as the Old Treasury Building, the Parliament of Victoria and St Patrick’s Cathedral. If you love walking then this wouldn’t be a problem because you could also explore things around you whilst you walk! If you have time you could also chill at a nearby park. I love how the location is in between and a mixture of modern and old looking buildings. It feels like I am in Spain and New York at the same time! There are also a lot of parking locations if you plan to to rent a car and stay here. Otherwise, public transportation isn’t a problem as well because there are free trams, trains and bus stations nearby!

Poor selection of tea and coffee, open milk in the fridge was weird. Minimal condiments. TV is pretty ordinary.
