Needs elevators to the rooms for luggage. Air conditioning was broken in main bedroom. Room cleaning was unpredictable and so was towel replacements.

Checkin communication was poor. No working lifts. Housekeeping hours unpredictable and not communicated with guests.

Bringing luggage to the room wasn't easy as no lift straight from car park to room (and we were on the ground floor), can't imagine how hard it would have been to take everything up higher. Also, although some staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome and some were the complete opposite and made us feel burdensome and were annoyed to be asked basic questions. Get this anywhere I guess.

The location is the absolute best! On the beach and in the heart of Hastings Street. We had a ground floor apartment and was perfect for easy access to the pool and beach. There are some stairs from apartment to pathway so be aware if brining pram or need accessibility. I read reviews online that the ground floor rooms hadn't been refurbished but I thought the room we had (#14) was lovely and modern. A little dusty in areas but nothing extreme!

Parking has height restrictions so may be an issue for larger cars and roof racks, etc. Reception allowed us to park in the outside visitor park which was good of them. Privacy is a little compromised with neighboring units simply due to building design.

Location right on the beach and next to shops on Hastings. Couldn't be any more convenient. Great view of beach and convenient for everyone.

The second time on my visit to Noosa was unhappy with the condition of the initial room. Had to pay extra to get a better room the first time and second time had to spend one night in bad room before getting a good room. The resort is needing a revamp throughout a day good clean.

Lift was broken inconvenient one heavily pregnant guest also , and we had to request and ask for the extra linen and towels which is disappointing considering the price. We also found previous guests clothing in cupboards which seem to indicate it had not been cleaned

They started drilling without warning one day.

Perfect for relaxing and having everything at your doorstep. There is a beach access pool in front of the room! Hastings Street all in one area.

We booked our accommodation last year to attend a wedding. The wedding date changed. We sought to change our booking to the new dates (some months in advance)You refused to allow our request and said that we had to forfeit the 100% of the room fee we had paid upfront. (You had a room available on the new new date but would not allow our payment be transferred to the new date.) I find this very poor customer service and probably illegal as the amount paid was far in excess of a deposit and the timeframes allowed the room to be rebooked. Because of this treatment I will not be staying with you again.

Top floor apartment with no lift was difficult when travelling with 2 young children. Apartment layout was tight especially the bathroom. Apartment was clean, but could do with a deep clean, especially detail to light fittings and lamps that are collecting dust. Master wardrobe used as a storage closet for broom, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Location and the view were fantastic and the pool was great for the children. Staff were friendly. Washing Machine and Dryer in the apartment was also handy.
