There was a bar to hang clothes but no hangers were provided. The small freezer section of the fridge didn't work so our eski bricks did not freeze over night. Didn't realise how close to the busy road the motel was but traffic didn't keep us awake at night.

Staff were very helpful, room was a good size, even though we only stayed 2 nights clean towels were provided after the first night, bed was comfortable, location was good for our needs, excellent water pressure in the shower.

Orientation of toilet in the bathroom.

Property was very basic, but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tiny and couldnt really sit on the toilet without spreading your legs wide and resting your head on the opposite wall. But everything else was generally pleasing. One aspect I did appreciate a lot was the location, just out of town and well off the highway made for a very quiet and enjoyable sleep. I would stay here again.

A bit loud but to be expected on a main road, and the bathroom just smelt dirty. It looked perfectly clean but I think just because its such a small bathroom it didn’t smell great in there, but didn’t affect the room at all

Was a cute motel, bed was insanely comfy. Lady at the front desk was nice, same with the cleaning staff.

The motel is well off the pacific highway and is therefore very quiet all night. There's a nice lot of kangaroos and wallabies in the morning which adds to the charm of the,area.

The internet as individual passwords and logins and only gives to one equipment per person, i had a computer and a phone. So one of them i couldn´t use and i was traveling in business.

The best thing was in the morning when we wake up, the garden on the back of the cabin was with a group of kangaroo´s just grazing

Mattress had depressions and was a little uncomfortable. Blinds didn't cover all of window which left inside of room clearly visible to persons outside passing by

The tv won’t connect to the internet connection provided. It would be nice to watch netflix for our kids after a long drive. Otherwise, everything else is perfect for our family.

Staff member was not that helpful or nice. Motel was very pricy for one night. - Motel very out of town. Room basic.

Crazy parking rules if you have a trailer. First lady receptionist (dark hair) very polite and explained this ridiculous trailer parking rule with a reasoned approach. So, Just drove the car with trailer to the room to unload our fridge gear and bags for a few mins, then was planning to park the car/trailer back the 35 metres away......but even before I could start unloading, a grey haired (no dramas with grey hair!!!!) woman was into me about the car/trailer being there. Rude, arrogant, impolite, confronting with some ridiculous comments and without even politely checking my intentions to unload some heavy gear (which contained medical supplies!) for a few minutes then Park back away from the room. BE POLITE and CHECK IN A COUTEOUS MANNER IF YOUR WORKING IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY - NOT HAPPY!

The decor is a little old, especially in the bathroom. TV was basic just FTA channels and we were not given the WIfi log in at check in. For some reason phone reception was poor and we are with Telstra.

The location was good, just outside of the main town and easy to find. The room was clean and met our needs. The room was very spacious and the bedding comfortable.

Nothing. All good.

The motel was older, but in good condition and comfortable with both air conditioning and a ceiling-mounted fan. Also really liked that the room came with its own covered carport. It was a couple of kilometers from the centre of of town, but as it caters predominantly for travellers (with their own transport), this was not really an issue. For those heading north (i.e. towards Coffs Harbour, Brisbane. etc.), it is only about a kilometre from the entrance to the M1 north (i.e. you don't have to go all the way through Kempsey and out the other side before getting back on the highway).
