The first night we had undercover, allocated parking. The next night someone had taken our park undercover and we had to park up outside the reception area hoping not to get towed. The spa in the unit was a treat but as I’m disabled, it was terribly hard to get out of. I went into a panic when even the handle on the wall couldn’t help me up. I have no strength in my legs or arms, but I didn’t think it would be so difficult to get out of. I’m lucky my husband was there to help. I would have loved to have aircon in the bedroom - it was a very hot unit and lucky the aircon in the lounge room made it comfortable to watch a bit of tv!

The bed. It was the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. The managers were amazing. Allan was an absolute treat!

In the booking information, agreements, policies available when we booked, it did not state anywhere that pets were not allowed. And believe me, I read everything that was provided as I would NOT have booked this accommodation if this was the case as our well-trained cross Maltese is one of the family and he goes EVERYWHERE with us. Been told on Christmas Eve during our lunch that he was not allowed to stay with us meant we had to drive to a family member's house some 40km away and ask them to mind him for us. Luckily, they agreed, or we would have had to cancel our entire stay at the accommodation. If this is your policy than perhaps you need to make this more visible through booking.com. It put a damper on an otherwise very lovely stay.

Accommodation was lovely - very comfortable, especially as we had to stay indoors during the storms. Great kitchen and loved the pool area.

A few small problems..the door to main bedroom would not open when shut. Great TV but could not get free to air channels despite the best efforts of three people, if there was a way to do it we couldnt find it. Lack of transport options into Woorim was disappointing

Rooftop common area was exceptional and the facilities it offered were great. Rooms were a good size with everything you would need except a mop. Proximity to the goif club was excellent (which is what we wanted )

Things were a little dated and ready for upgrading and/or replacement. Kitchen had mismatched pots and pans, plates, cups etc. Oven needs replacing but did work. Bedroom TV had hit and miss reception and very limited stations.

Lots of space. Home away from home. Secure parking. Not overcrowded. Nice walk to a beautiful beach. Pool and mini golf was great for the kids. Roof and BBQ area on roof was quiet and easily accessible. BBQ area around pool was a bonus. TV large and loads of programmes to keep all entertained.

Last minute family emergency and when we requested to move our dates, it was refused. We were very happy with any other date but management declined so husband had to go alone. Disappointed with this outcome.
