Bit cluttered in the living area. No drawers to put anything in, though plenty of wardrobe hanging space. For non Australian travellers a mobile phone adapter/USB port would be advantageous/appreciated.

Excellent view from the small balcony. All amenities as advertised (would have preferred an electric kettle as opposed to a gas hob one). Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Allowed to stay in the apartment after the official departure time & seeing as we had quite a late flight this was much appreciated.

Clean and comfortable. Met by the owners and shown around which was a nice touch. The view of the city was awesome. The unit was well equipped and very nice. Great for a solo traveller's or couple.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Would have loved a microwave but thats a really minor incovenience that wouldn't impact my decision to want to come back here again. Will be looking to rebook ahead of the Melbourne marathon again next year!

Location was really good. Super close to the tram was really convenient. Nice and quiet location with a great view from the balcony. Cafes and a mini supermarket also really close by made this a great place to stay if you're wanting to experience Melbourne without staying amongst the hustle and bustle!

The only regret was that we didn't meet our host, Toni in the end.

Everything worked out fine. the only regret was that we didn't meet our host, Toni. to thank her in person for crucially getting the key fob to our son's flat in Brisbane, ahead of our visit to Melbourne. In the meantime, we built up a constructive warm relationship by email and I hope to keep in touch. The location was great, with excellent transport links & the botanical gardens within walking distance. The room itself was lovely, well equipped and with nice personal touches.

Toni was very warm and friendly and met us in the foyer. She went above and beyond in terms of being helpful allowing us to leave our bags for a little longer before we left for the airport.

the location was amazing - all within walking distance to the south melbourne market, melbourne city centre and rod laver arena! not to mention the delicious breakfast+dinner places surrounding the area (thank you Toni for the excellent recommendations!), there's not a reason not to love this accommodation :)

Very close to trams to take you to the city, very convenient. Apartment was stunning, shocked that an apartment as good as this was as cheap as it was. Toni was understanding when we were having trouble getting to the apartment due to roadworks.

Nothing. It was exactly what we expected and the host Toni was so nice and welcoming.

The location was great and very close to public transport. It had a nice cafe around the corner and some convenience stores surrounding the apartment. It had an amazing view of the city. Shrine of Remembrance and Botanical Gardens were only a walk away!

location, the owner (Toni is super nice, she gave me clear direction from airport to her place, she also gave recommendation place to visit for my bday) and the room was beyond my expectation (simple but complete even tv is smart tv (better than hotel) there is balcony also with good view) definitely will recommend this place to my colleagues!
