As above we enjoyed the ballooning, well organised and felt safe.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Food was cold! Pancakes though stuck to the paper. Orange juice was nice and coffee good. Wasn’t aware we could have eggs cooked to our preference ie poached .

The ensuite in our room could have offered more privacy. There were too many glass panels . Also the shower panel does not really keep enough water within shower tray area when shower is being used. We always had to mop up the floor afterwards. Other than that, the room was good.

The Dome restaurant located within the building downstairs was excellent. The Temperance Bar was also good and offered decent food options.

The downstairs bar had an open fire that created smoke that moved up to the hotel levels, this triggered a smoke alarm and exit of the hotel at 9:00pm. The staff were very nice and apologetic.

We purchased breakfast and dinner at the local Dome cafe, all meals were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enabled us to book a second night when a room became available after a cancellation, they contacted us as soon as possible and enabled us to check-in around lunchtime to the second room.

The aircon in the hotel dining areas was very cold, including in the adjoining Dome Cafe. We had to eat outside to be comfortable.

Really impressed with the quality of the rebuild of the hotel and its fittings and fixtures. Room was really comfortable and well equipped. The Temperance Bar was well stocked and great idea to have a Done restaurant linked to the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Music from Dome can be heard in rooms at 6am in the morning. Music in Temperance Bar too loud.

Unfortunately, there are a few things to share dirt at window door, loud at night ( not the Hotels fault), wind was whistling at window door as it might need new seal, instant coffee before 6am, artwork over fireplace would have been nice, room was too cold and couldn't adjust AC as central

Simplicity of room and the size. Very comfortable bed with high-quality sheets which you would expect at that price. Lovely Aesop products and Black box is a great little idea

The hotel has had a great renovation, it has an awesome space and awesome feel to it. The bathroom was awesome, and the bed, and the air-conditioning in the room. I will never stay anywhere else in Northam.

Flies everywhere in temperance Bar and dome Cafe we actually ate dinner elsewhere because of the flies! Zappers should b installed at the very least! After closing a barrier spray could b sprayed on floors...we stayed 2 nights (i booked rooms at the sane time) so did our friends and we both paid same amount...our room was huge there's was small not fair really! 😒
