We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSoundproofing could be better (earplugs are provided with the tea and coffee facilities, which gives a clue) it didn't personally bother me, but it might bother some. I would have liked to have a breakfast option; there is nothing available. I didn't enjoy the food or ambience at the bistro downstairs; I've had much better dining experiences at other smaller pubs.
Recently refurbished so everything in the room was working fine, the bathroom was sparkling, the bed comfortable. Everything very clean. Nice amenities provided in the bathroom. Convenient location (a short walk to the bus station at the visitors centre).

The decor seemed new. Clean, comfortable. I liked that it has two doors, and the one at the front has a nice arch that takes away the plainness of every motel room.
