Food service could be much better - the Grab and Go offers nothing fresh except the coffee. It seemed originally that services were curtailed by COVID but post COVID they have reduced significantly - no more breakfast pastries, no freshly cooked evening meals, fruit range limited to apples & oranges. Nothing very convenient in close vicinity - a bit of a walk across and along very busy road to KFC, Maccas and Krispy Kreme.

Love the airport views. Love the style. Generally very comfortable.

Each time I visit, the food selections in the eating area become more and more meagre. There are no longer fresh bakery items at breakfast, fruit now only oranges and apples, no more freshly cooked meals. Many cheaper places do so much better! It is not located within an area where there are restaurants and cafes - a bit of a walk over a very busy road and down the street to KFC, Maccas and Krispy Creme doesn't excite!

Love the view over the airport and watching planes fly over. My room small but had the best airport view! Staff helpful. Love the decor in the eating area.

The staff needs to be more upbeat when visitors are coming in..need to put a smile and make us feel welcome.. toilet sink seems to be blocked as water goes out very slow. Parking fees was very expensive as others around you charge $20 instead of $30.

From minute one, Noah and Grace at the front desk have been nothing but amazing. I have made a mistake with my booking and they helped me change it. They were professional and kind. The hotel facilities were really good, clean rooms with minimalist decoration. Perfect for a short stay if you have an layover or just staying in Sydney for a couple of days. Our room was facing the airport and the view was super nice, also rooms are sound proof. Free and fast wifi.

the decor and the style of the hotel is very chic ..

I made a mistake about the room needed , AND two single beds were needed but no rooms avail , for such a hotel of that Nature and prestigeness you should cater to all persons ..

Food choices were limited but adequate at night. Bar area wasn’t kept clean ie dirty glasses and dishes on tables when it was basically empty despite a staff member on duty.

Proximity to the airport - we walked but you can arrange a shuttle bus.

Room was a little small - only had 1 couch which barely seated 2 people Gym was on P2, which had an access door to car park and unlocked. This would be a security issue No shuttle bus?

Very friendly staff - exceptional. Most went above and beyond to help me Location was very convenient - walking distance to airport and lots of places to eat Check in reception had a nice relaxing feel for visitors

The airport shuttle service that was recommended by the hotel was rude and wouldn't take me to the hotel as it was out of his way.

The location was great, and only a few short minutes from Sydney Airport. I liked the idea of the roof top bar and being able to look out over the Airport runway whilst having breakfast or even a beer in evening. The staff were super friendly and couldn't be faulted.

Slight aircraft noise

Close to the airport and no fuss check in and great view of the domestic airport. Modern rooms and feee wifi. They provide $15 shuttle bus service for airport transfers [domestic and international terminals]

The room was a bit small. We thought we’d be able to get a hot meal there but had to go out instead.

It was close to the airport. We managed to find somewhere to eat close by. The staff were very helpful.
