The apartment felt so welcoming. It was spotlessly clean. Because I was arriving later in the day, Sarah had left lights on for me so I didn't have to fumble around in the dark. The air con was on already, as were the ceiling fans. I was pleasantly surprised to find "real milk" in the fridge, along with chocolates and ground coffee beans plus a personalised welcome card to my girls and myself. What more could you want? The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Cereal in the pantry and salt, pepper and cooking oil. Towels for the beach, towels for makeup removal; plus beautiful fluffy white towels for personal use. The shampoo,conditioner and body wash dispensers were a treat, in the shower. The beds were super comfortable and the bedside touch lamps were a bonus when you are staying in an unfamiliar room. Even a photo of two little dogs peeking from under a blanket to let you know there are more blankets/pillows if you need them in the wardrobes. I loved the fact that there was a dining table as well as couches in the living area. Beautiful personal touches all through the apartment, books and games galore, even a torch! A folder filled with leaflets from just about every restaurant and take away in the Bay for outside visitors. It was lovely to be able to sit outside on the deck and still have privacy.

one issue (but not a complaint) fans in the bedrooms seem to have very low speed or very high speed, no middle. Nog a huge issue as A / C worked well

Absolutely amazing! Everything you could possibly need for an apartment. Great touches with a personalised postcard, separate towels for the beach & for your face, use of netflix too! The beds were also incredibly comfy, couldn't of asked for anything more!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Unit. It was beautifully set out, clean airy and had anything we could want. The view over the water was an added bonus.

Downstairs unit, you can sometimes hear the people upstairs moving around.

Close to the Pier, weekend markets, restaurants, and beach but far enough away that it's wonderfully peaceful. We walked across the road to have our morning coffee beside the ocean. Sarah is so welcoming and adds the little special touches that make your stay perfect. We stayed one night in the cottages and the rest of our stay in the apartments. Both are great but definitely worth the little extra to stay in the cottages.
