The screaming of the customers from the "jumping high rope" not sure about the name. It's right opposite our room.

The location of the reception desk is not sign posted. I got lost looking for it.

There was only few plates, but in all the fairness I didn't let the hosts know and was just washing them after each usage, so the hosts didn't have a chance to bring some more. I'm sure this would be resolved quickly if I did let them know.

Views. I did ask about high chair and a cot, and those were delivered and hosts were answering in a very timely manner.

The kitchen tap wasn't working at all. The fridge/freezer wasnt working correctly had to throw some food away that defrosted. The two shower drains were blocked and all of the smoke alarms went off at 3am lol.

The place is amazing, the view was spectacular. The apartment was beautiful. Location was great

the TV in the bedroom was spotty for Wifi and sometimes wouldn't work for streaming services the Tv in the bedroom didn't get free to air we couldn't secure lock the balcony doors, there was a latch to lock it but it was at a height kids could easily reach but these didn't worry us on our stay we were very happy with the apartment overall

The apartment had excellent views and met expectations. However a few criticisms - the oven was guess work as the indications for the three control switches are completely worn off making oven use near impossible. There are multi drinking glasses but only one wine glass. Serious problem! Finally the mattress in main bedroom could be replaced as too soft for two adults.

Parking was a bit of a maze the first time, but we eventually cracked the code! Would also prefer a working exhaust in the bathroom.

Perfect location! This comfortable space has stunning balcony views. It is right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Plenty of storage and linens are provided. I highly recommend it!

No dish cloth to wipe down kitchen or wash dishes. 7 ppl stay for 2 nights, only 6 coffee pods with no milk

Wi-Fi not suitable for work teams video calls Master bedroom mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable- needs replacing 2nd bedroom door cannot be closed as 2nd bed blocks it Late checkin requires you to send ID and credit card details by email!

Parking and reversing was a bit tricky, so I parked on the street. would return but the prices have gone up so not as good value as it was initially.

Quiet location yet close to everything. Easy to use lock box. Nice viewamd outlook

Found multiple live and dead cockroaches, place was covered in previous guest hair, towels had marks, dishes were not clean and the washer and dryer were either broken or very dirty.

Communication was a bit "offline". Had a couple of downlights out and the TV/streaming service was a bit sketchy. Also, with only 2 out of 3 lifts operational, there was quite the wait to get a lift.

window and sliding door is not sealed enough, the wind blows in through the gaps, making a lot of noisy sound in the main living and dining area.

There are not enough lifts to service the amount of guests. Check out took 40 minutes as the lift was so busy. The sauna was a dry sauna which defeats the purpose of why you use a sauna. We booked this property because it had a sauna, spa and several pools. We were extremely disappointed that the sauna was a dry sauna - this should be made clear on booking.com page in the facilities section. Also, would be good if conditioner and disposable shoer cap was provided in the bathroom also.

Location was supreme. Ocean views from level 30. Apartments were clean and had modern decor and sufficient kitchen facilities and linen, body soap and shampoo provided. Really enjoyed the complimentary iced tea in hotel foyer. Convenient having the cafe downstairs.

Well our car was towed day 2, as you get a list of spots you can park in, not one directly attached to your apartment. We thought we parked in a correct spot but cleary not- that was disgusting and an expensive lesson. There was a coffee pod machine but no pods and I bought the wrong ones as not commonly used pods it needs. The towels for the pool cannot be used as you are not a Hilton guest. The freezer did not work and we lost food we bought for the freezer. There were a number of light bulbs out. There was no cleaning service for the full week. You get the amazing apartment but the 3rd party lets it down. Definately stay at the Hilton but book directly through Hilton. The kids pool was also in disrepair and we had booked there partly for the kids pool.

The Hilton apartments are brilliant. Amazing location, even if a bit noisy at night. The apartment was large and the second bedroom had 2 double beds which was fabulous. The apartment was ready a little earlier on the day which was great. We have been to Surfers alot and never stayed at the Hilton. We would stay there again but book directly through the Hilton, not a 3rd party.

There wasn't anything I could think of that we didn't like. Apartment itself could possibly do with a little bit of maintenance but overall was still really good.

It was extremely easy to collect and drop off the keys as it was right next door. The location is excellent. Very central to be able to walk to everything in Surfers Paradise as well as being at the doorstep for the light rail station. Room was great and very spacious especially for a family of 5.
